Yes......Just WAY too short this visit, and NOT sure when she'll be back. Sometime next year (I hope!). She left this morning and is already back home in SC right nowEven though was a short visit, You had a good one,right?

Yeah.....I know I sound like a real softee. We've been friends for 29 years. She's been down in SC for 11 years now. It was awesome when she was just about 10 minutes away from me, but now it's more like a 15 hour drive. We "GET" each other, and ALWAYS have fun, no matter what we do. We've been there for each other always, in good times, and bad. It's REALLY hard for me, especially when she leaves to go back. It hasn't gotten any easier! OK......I'll be OK. Just gonna take a little bit.
2nd time for her, and she has 2 daughters. Her kids and my son get along very well. It would've been cool for them to grow up together. OK.....See ya's.

Evening everyone . Kids still missing. Tried all the jails down there, no arrests or contact. Tried a few hospitals, nothing. What don't make sense is he always somehow contacts me. Even if he was up to no good he would have called to try to get money. This is not good ! See you guys in the am

I'm hoping he is trying to hide from you, and that he is ok, by now he kinda knows you are about fed up with his crap and so is the law no doubt. And has now found out that if he wants to use, he's gonna have to hide to do it, in the past I have gone weeks with out hearing from my daughter wondering if she was alive or not. Finally hungry and homeless she would call after she had nothing left to sell, eat and use. That was the perfect time to finally start the tuff love with her. That was the time I finally said , no I will not help you...go to a shelter and get food , a bed, and get clean. I want to say that everything got better, it didn't . She kept with the only people who feed her addiction until she got arrested for things I won't mention here. Jail time not once, but twice, 6 years total. Yes it has a happy ending (so Far), she is now off the shit and holding a good job and paying her way. My fingers are always crossed, but I no longer run to her rescue when she is in self destruction mode, I have enough cancer running through my family to take on more. Many prayers that he someday "Gets it, and gets sober" ~Prayers~

I don't think hes hiding out. Friday night he said he was in the car picked up by the driver. It sounded like he was. He was crying that he was sorry for what he did to me and it sounded like the driver said it's going to be alright. Like I said he always calls. Couple of times he borrowed a phone to call me since he doesn't have one. See the thing with him that worries me is he's a type 1 diabetic so if he don't get some kind of food he passes out or ends up in the hospital
He also knows that his diabetes will work on you, it's a great manipulative tool and his ace in the hole. He found a driver to get him around, was the driver one of his drug contacts? Maybe suggest if he calls you again, that the driver take him to the hospital to get checked out for that, they cannot deny him. Trust me , he is leading you around and soon will ask for something.
