Yes for inflammation, I buy the Turmeric Curcumin 500 mg capsules from Walmart, one a day, you can break them and add to a cup of hot tea.

OK Thanks. My wife bought a bottle of it (NOT in capsules). Just was wondering if you added anything to it to help "get it down"?

Thanks Mark. If the one that she bought doesn't work out for her....then I will suggest the capsules that you guys take. Do you take it as a capsule?.....Or do you open it up mix it in something? (like Vapin said.....in tea).

I take it in capsule form twice a day with food.
