All I'm gonna say is.....UNFKNBELIEVABLE!.....(OK.....NOT the most important part of the issue....but he just cost me $400 also).....so that adds insult to injury!

True. But that particular pile of suck is offset with wisdom. And that's not nothing. They only way to obtain wisdom, that I've found, is to experience a lot very bad days. That takes some time.
My grandfather died when I was 6.
One of the most valuable things I have ever learned, came from him, but meant nothing to me for many years. I'm amazed I even remembered it. When he told it to me, I was sitting on his knee, and I laughed, thinking it was the funniest joke I'd ever heard.
He said "Son, learn to bite off more than you can chew. Then chew it."
