Whiskey, I saw last night on Cooks Country, Brussels Sprouts Salad, I made Curry Chicken Salad with the sprouts. Just finely cut sprouts washed and dried with dressing, bacon bits, toasted pine nuts, curry, salt, pepper and chicken. Tasty, I finally like Brussels Sprouts!

I saw that one last night too. I have to try it because so far Brussels sprouts have been a semi fail for me, even when roasted. I really want to like 'em, but that damned "sulphur" taste they have when cooked is hard to shake.
I don't care for the sulfur taste either, the only way I liked them cooked is in the bottom of a fry pan with a chicken on top, and baked in the oven at 400 degrees. I have a hard time with them myself. I can eat them, and enjoy it to a point, but when I reach my limit my gag reflex sets in.

Well I'm at work. Tomorrows gonna suck driving back and forth in the storm. Anyway tonight and tomorrow left of nights. I came in a bad mood tonight. Messaged my boss if I have another bad night I'm going home and never coming back lol. And I'm just the person to do that and not care !
