Yep, 90's with high humidity is a real killer. They don't run the AC at night at work so it's miserable in the summer.Yea, getting into the 90's is a bit much no matter where you are at, that's for sure Mark

Good deal.Well, I went and did it, .....I started my speed walking for the season......whew
I walk two miles a day on the treadmill, except on Saturday. Don't have paved roads here, plus to many crazy drivers on the dirt roads, I know I would get run over. Hopefully soon it will be longer than two miles.

Unapologetically cranky this morning - up all night in pain. One MD thinks it's a gout thing... my GP says the uric acid tests are only borderline... 
All I know is right now it hurts like a sonofabitch again - I want to take a chainsaw and dispatch the affected foot. - and by the time the blood levels are drawn the uric acid levels will most likely be down again. 
So - no treatment at the moment.
So - abbreviated 'Morining shout out. Only 90 minute fits of sleep overnight here and there and I is cranky.

We live on a mountain road that has little traffic at all, and good inclines so it's a really good work out. Gonna try to do these mile walks every morning.

That is always better than being inside and walking on a treadmill. The crazy drivers around here go 50 plus on the dirt roads, they don't care.

It drives me nutz because this is proactively treatable - once your MD actually writes out the prescription for it.
