I call my electric company all sorts of things!
Seriously, despite being pissed as all hell make the call. Collection of that data helps them figure out exactly where problems are located. You never know if you are part of a tiny isolated fluke. We had power go out here one time and it only affected our street, being it's a dead end and with the way the street wiring is. If no one called it in who knows when/if it ever would have been corrected.
Right along with you there on calling them all sorts of things.
Yup, that has happened here and no one called, I call each time power goes out.
It use to be, I could actually talk with someone, but they sold and owned by another power company, now it sucks, automated crap.
