and scanned out for delivery by 9 it's a toss up. Thanks for the hopes though.
The problem is that my next to last vapemail got scanned as delivered
three days b4 actually making it to my mailbox. The carrier claimed it had been stolen..yea, maybe by her
but after me speaking to her manager it magically wasn't stolen...
So I have to hang out to be certain she doesn't pull this crap again.

Dealing with USPS is worse than trying to see a doctor at the VA..not that I've tried to do that but

It did. I had a girlfriend once who works at USPS along with her whole family.
After dealing with them for 4 1/2 years my trust in USPS left town.

The days of good have been gone for years here. Okay, every once in a long while
the system works for a couple of days, usually right after they get paid, but only lasts
