its cold and trying to snow here, how the hell we haven't had standing snow yet in upstate NY is beyond me.
We are fine here. Just trying to help everyone I can.
We are 15 miles from Holly Springs were the tornado hit last Wednesday. The tornado was 6 miles from our house.

Yeah he is ok, it hit 4 miles from him. I texted him this morning for an update but haven't heard anything back yet.

Its a blessing and a curse. I like hanging out on the corner, but then I see stuff for sale that I can't buy......it's all good though.

did not stick... did not care.
I am full on snow hating, a slight bump of snow and awww it is pretty... goes away and I am just fine with it.
When it looks like someone went batshit with the ice machine is when I get a bit testy.

Not awake, coffee is not setting well with me and I ache like mad this morning.. on tap is rain, more rain and if you don;t like that even more rain.
The only saving grace to this madness is the hot tub here is finally really hot and going for a soak is pretty kick ass.

Good Afternoon, to everyone. The wind is picking up just a tad, but there's distant, ominous thunder off in the distance in Central NC. The sky has the look of snow clouds; yet, the house heat hasn't ran for over a week!
Two days ago, I had to turn on the A/C. Weird, strange La Niña-style weather.
I had two cups of Keurig-made Eight O' Clock Colombian Peaks earlier, after descaling the Keurig - and running two full Keurig containers of water through it. I have a three o'clock appointment with my new shrink at 3 PM, EST.
In my Mel Blanc "Sylvester" voice, I'll say:
"I jutht gotta have those'th medsth!"

It's pretty crazy. They're opening the emergency flood gates soon. The other ones are open all the way already. I'm going home anyways. So don't need to worry about me floating down the river!
