FT & I have a long relationship. Tho always slow they have treated me well. I returned a Mod to them once & they sent me another no questions asked. It was 45.83 & a Silicone cover was a buck or so. I have had zero issues with ft, other than a crappy clone ego I bought that didn't last very long, but live and learn on a $5 battery. I never order big stuff from them tho, stands, drip tips etc...FT & I have a long relationship. Tho always slow they have treated me well. I have to agree, way back my first order before they took steps to improve the shipping and customer service I had a bad experience, but I put that aside and ordered again and it went tons better, now I have been ordering from them off and on for about 4 years now and have been satisfied with my ordersFT & I have a long relationship. . And I really like the look of the gold one with the Tron tank,,, but haven't seen a thing about that tank anywhere. I already know not many people like the Ego One tank ( I think that's what it is) so maybe I should just get the body and skip the kit with tank. Besides, I think I really want an Aspire Triton. So been shopping for that too,,, shopaholic, that's me. I'll shop all damn day but can't seem to hit that "order" button
