Okay I successfully mixed my first batch ^_^ hope it tastes alright.. I put too much nic by like.. 0.02.. And too much cocoa too. And I made a significant dent in my VG bottle so I'm gonna have to get a bigger bottle of that.. Because I figure with this 120ml bottle I will run out quick. Let's give it a test!

Hey Isub,,, one of the most important things I've learned in the 3+ years I've been mixing juice is that most things require steeping. I always thought it was a bunch of crap but it truly isn't. Especially chocolates, bakery and tobacco juices. Fruits, you can shake-n-vape but will improve with a few days steep time. People have speed steeping methods and some can accelerate the process but simple time will make a big difference in your mixes. It sucks having to wait, but I've found it really does make a big difference and is the reason I've had limited success with it.

This is how I mix.... I have a small hobby paint mixer. I mix in a glass bottle, use the paint mixer to froth it up. Leave it with the cap off for a couple hours. Then into a small crockpot with water on the warm setting with the lid cracked open for 4-5 hours, shaking every now and then. Cap on and into a dark cabinet for a day or up to a couple weeks, depending on the mix. I've been doing it this way for a couple months now and it's made a significant difference. Taste test at each stage and you'll taste the difference.

Finding recipes is another issue. I've found that any recipe that's less than 20% flavoring has zero flavor for me. That whole taste is subjective thing. So I look for recipes that at least 20% flavoring and sometimes have to bump that up a bit in order for me to taste anything.

It's frustrating as hell,,, you'll read reviews on recipes, mix it up anticipating something wonderful and then you'll taste it and think WTF??? That's horrible! But when you hit on one that all your friends actually want to buy from you... It's all worth it!

Oh.. Good morning everyone! Where's Pete and the coffee?

Kick ass. I got into work to find out those 10,000 parts I made were good. someone interpreted the print wrong.
That has to be a huge relief!
I have a small shelf at work with three or four scrapped parts on it, and I call this the shelf the wall of shame...lol..
One part I scrapped was just a total brain fart on my account $2k...another just went bad $9k, and the biggest single blunder by another individual $10k
Over an eleven year period...I like to keep these parts for a reminder to pay attention...once that metal is removed it is often hard to make a repair.
What to do today? Rain, sleet mixed with snow, and cold...blah

Yeah, the parts I make maybe cost 50 cents a piece to make, they sell for 4-5 bucks a piece so yeah it was a huge relief

I fully agree with a lot of this. I've done the crock pot stuff, too. It does really help a lot of mixes, but over time, I became lazy with it and just mix up stuff I know I like in several 30ml bottles, so I always have some that's aged. Speed steeping works great for me, in a pinch, but time steep has been the best flavor producer for me. If you have spiced flavors, i.e. cinnamon, ginger, anise..., don't heat those. Kinda wrecks the taste.

Most of what I mix is well under 10%, so that shows you how different we all can be.

As far as shaking, I just shake it, store it, shake it some more later and then before I fill a tank.

I totally forgot about the spicy ones,,, yeah no heat for those. I make a red hot vanilla that's pretty much a shake-n-vape but improves with just a couple days. There's a lot more to this mixing thing than you might think!

So I'm supposed to be in class for work this weekend, find out when I get there at 8 like I was told they moved it to 3 for whatever reason, and they did it yesterday but didn't bother to call people, and they can't say they don't have my # because they call me all the time wanting me to come in on my night off. I have a 5 min drive but still, i could've been asleep. More often than not these weapons classes get cancelled at the last minute anyway, so a shift in the time doesn't surprise me at all, just wish they could actually tell somebody especially the ones who drive like 45 to an hr to get to work. The joys of my job and their fucking horrible communication and lack of giving a shit.

Hmm.. Maybe I should throw it in my tank then. Thanks for the tip. I put a new piece of cotton and my coil is glowing nice and even. Maybe I should re-do it tomorrow. Or try a different recipe. It think the flavor is getting better the more I keep shaking it. I need one of those machines they use to shake & mix paint

They have them for testors paint for models and mini figures.
If you have a crock pot and glass bottle a warm setting cap off for an hour or three with a shake every hour should round it nicely.
If it is FA coco I find it kind of metal flavored at to high a %

So the joys of usps and fedex fuckery.

OK old navy.. smart posted the fed order. Instead of actually delivering to Portland they sent it to one of the black holes in Washington.. Kent. At least it has company with my ecx and vapenw orders.

My lightning vapes order unless not scanned going out of the sewer that is Tampa hub is still sitting there unless it is going out tonight.

Only my Li-ion wholesale has hit portland so far.

I started out with two LG batteries 3000mAh and a dual port charger. ~3 months ago
IIRC there was a statement of the batteries having 60% capacity after 250 charge cycles ?
Anyhow if that is correct then I should be GTG for some time.

Good morning and afternoon everyone. Just got back from taking a friend to the VA.
You got out of there fairly quick like.
Went with dad a few times to the VA. I would rather watch paint dry, Left at 530am for a 10am appointment. Got home at 830pm.

So much hurrying up and waiting for nothing.

Unlike loosing a few pounds, taking it off is easy. Putting it back on is Hell.
