Making sort of a big but great move from "cloud chasing" to "flavor chasing"
Maybe due to getting some juice that is lack luster in flavor but after trying all I could to draw flavor from this juice I've found a lot of fun in this
looking forward to some flavor heavy builds. Finally enjoying my regulated device using lower watts... Today is a good day indeed, Ice Cube!

Indeed... In other ... Heavier news... Had to have perhaps one of the hardest talks you can have in life... With my girlfriend of 2 years. About taking her own life. I'm an EMT, I've seen it. I've been around it sure. But this is hard. Needing her to help herself you know.
I'm hoping for the best and shouldn't expect anything else. Will have to see how her day goes and what happens when she tells her parents. I'm not going to get anything out of her. She knows I'm a registered reporter... But I certainly hope she tells someone close to her and tells them everything.

Just trying to do what's right, and at the same time respect her.. It's hard being someone who has to report that you know... She can't actually say it to me because I'd be forced. Man what we wouldn't do for some rain here in Cali. . . took off for a run today... It's 11 am here. Low 90s already, and it was smokey out. Decided I'd grab a treadmill at the gym instead... Ugh. Going to be a he** of a fire season here.

Well I've been waiting for a few weeks after taking a written test for an awesome job with a big fire dept here.. Friends with someone who works there, got some ride alongs with people who took the job I applied for...etc..
Would have been an amazing job if I could swing it. Still got plenty of chances of course, and I'm on the list of eligibility... Of course. But as of now I'm not offered an interview due to people being ahead of me. A bit bummed out but its all good!
