My shoulder Dr. visit for today......included X-rays and a cortisone shot. MRI to follow, and in 4 weeks I'll know more about what will be needed to do and how to go about doing it. Surgery has not been ruled out @ this point. I've got at least 1 tear, and a bone spur-like protrusion, that is jamming into another part of my shoulder.....and causing me some PAIN. The pain SUCKS......but it could be worse. I could be going in for heart surgery tomorrow (my Dad is) for double bypass, and aortic and mitral valve replacements. Now that REALLY SUCKS!.....but hopefully.....it will be successful, and he'll feel better after he recovers from the surgery.
We all have a dose of the pain, more so the older you get , but they may determine a torn rotator cup, is that what they are looking for?
I'll be waiting for news on how your dad makes out too.

Already a tear in my rotator from 2010.......Possibly another one based on my shoulder movement vs. the pain involved today. BONE SPUR found also, that may require surgery to fix the (jamming) problem. MRI will show them ALL of what they will have to deal with. Not sure when MRI will be yet.....but it's going to happen soon.
7:40pm here now, and I gotta try to get my 9 yr old off his tablet.......also gotta call my Dad and ask him a couple of questions about his heart surgery that's happening tomorrow.....otherwise.....I'd stick aroundGood night early birds...since its only 5pm here. ..ohooooo time for some wine!!!

sounds good ! I brought 2 vapes with me to work. One has caramel vanilla swirl and the other has banana vanilla toasted almond.
I don't know I like banana but in vape juice very few are good. This one tastes ok but my son said it smells like throw up lmao
Well that's nasty...loll there is this local shop here that makes a banana cream which is very sweet candy like banana taste...I like that. Central vapors has a banana pudding but it's not as sweet tasting, even adding extra flavor.

We have a lot of juices and a lot of good ones. When we run a sale you wont get a better price on premium juices. I'm just finicky with juices. I just don't find to many I like. You do have to read reviews about steam juice. some of his flavors I was like Bleh but some are excellent. People swear by Jerry juice and I like caramel cream but tropical steam tasted like all coconut.
Yeah I'm more a fruit dessert type at the moment rich sweet flavors are what I'm liking I can't wait to really start expanding my taste buds on some awesome juices!!!
