So pissed off that I'll never be able to make a damn clapton coil by hand. Either not enough tension or too much and it keeps breaking. Just wasted all my 34g trying.

Try learning the bassics of a clapton with a lower gauge then 34. I got good at claptons and fused claptons with 26 core 30 wrap. They perform good spe ialy at 5 wraps in a dual setup. Im working on getting good with 32 now and gettk mg ok with it. Once you get the grip right they practicly wrap themselfs. I can make a fused clapton in about 5 min now. And they look good to. Just my advice from what worked for me

Put a battery in my charger and flashing light like I put it in backwards and a bit of smoke. Seems there was an arc and melted some metal and scorched the contact in the charger.
1 set of batteries and now not sure a toasted charger with at least 1 bay dead.

I had it in the trip outlet like in the bathroom in case something fucky went on. DId not trip the fuse so the charger did it's job.

nah not bad at all, the charger did it's job and the cell cannot be salvaged, besides would not trust it if it could, I tried scraping off the contact point since the wrap melted and took out the insulator.

Looks like Li-ion wholesale is going to get more of my money.

Mine said that too, everyone who does contests here and everywhere needs to learn a lesson from heaven gifts and get that shit sent out, 2 day shipping from China is probably hella expensive, but regardless quickly shipping out contest wins is better advertising IMHO than even the contest win itself. Congratulations j5 & Huck, I expected to wait a month for it to even ship.
