After reading up a little on mechs i think i got an idea of how to build for one. Just from my reasearch its basicly building to the batterys amp rating. Seams simple enough to stay safe.

Biggest thing i can tell u is use authentic good batteries and not some shite rewrap with whatever specs they want written on it. I personally have never nor will ever own a hybrid, but that's personal preference.

That's good Boat..I stared using mechs back when these new VW mods weren't out yet.. To sub ohm I had to use a mech..learn about ohms law and batt saftey and how to build my RDA's..had to get an accurate ohm meter and check my builds I intended to use were indeed safe..alot of saftey invovled so do your research so you don't get hurt or hurt others around you before a batt suddenly vents...just sayin
