Ya gotta pre-soften stubborn gray sometimes. If you do your own color stahhhhhp buying store boxes and get thee to a Sally's. Pick your color tube (age beautiful is excellent) and get 20 vol developer. First coat the grays with plain developer, leave for 20 minutes while you mix your tube and developer in bottle or bowl, then apply the color directly over top. Kills em every time :)

Actually non rbgh dairy sure. Whole milk sure.

That skim altered bovine product.. not so fucking much. Enjoy the pus, growth hormone and gummy bear fed hfcs infused bullshit that people call dairy or milk these days.

And even broken down farther even clean dairy is not good for the human body, we are not designed to use it as a food source. Milk is for baby animals.

I was the same way, had to do half caff for awhile until I built up a tolerance.
