Sorry Whiskey. I think a lot of the threads on ECF are BS, so I post what I think is funny. It's the Interweb. Who gives a shit what anyone on ECF thinks about Joe? If he believes I'm out of line, he can tell me. He does't need others to stand up for him. I used to post links to his deals all the time and I'm frustrated I no longer can, since what he has to offer is helpful to a lot people, especially new members looking for gear.
VU is doing just fine. The membership is growing, but I still think there is too much focus on putting down ECF. While people are hurt, frustrated and disappointed by the experience they have had on another forum, they have an opportunity on VU to make something better. I would like to see them put their energy into making that happen.
Go ahead and accuse me of being a hypocrite for being active in two forums, but my points are as valid as anyone else's. Do you see me calling people names or trying to shame them for have an opinion different from mine? Like it or not we are part of the same community and I will express my opinions wherever I like regardless of whether or not they follow the status quo.

As one who has been warned and banned at the other place for the stupidest of stuff. I am in search of a place that likes to have fun, as well as help others. Not hurt others.
Can VU be the best? I sure hope so!!! But the back and forth of the bitterness that is ECF has to stop somewhere.

Before you can even post on ecf you have to stand on your head, spit wooden nickles, experience being caught in a snowstorm in july, and get eaten by a purple people eater. Oh yea and donate your first born child not to mention having 72 current members vouch for you. Then when you finally get to post they ban you. Screw that, I'm good rite here where I'm at.
Here's my experience with ECF. When I first started vaping (just short of 2 years) I happened upon ECF, I had a lot of questions but felt dumb asking them. So I looked through a number of threads with noobies, like myself, asking what I considered to be valid questions only to be put off by random snooty member posting a link to some thread with 50+ pages to weed through to find some slight hint of the answer they (we) were looking for. I never actually signed up for that forum because fuck it I don't need to be talked down to. Get enough of that shit at work. And I wasn't in any position to farm through hours and hours of nonsense, I just wanted to stay off the smokes and had some problems with my clear-o's.
So anyways, here we are. I have zero reasons to look at ecf. To an outsider like myself its kind of funny to read about how Nazi like their Mods and or Admin sound. Glad I never made the mistake of actually signing up over there. I would have been banned a long time ago for the cussing, and I appreciate a good cussing so ya....

To kinda reiterate this point. I see tons of threads over here from new folks asking questions, sometimes the same question someone asked earlier. And ya know what?
