I got the temple rda yesterday. Worked fine but today it has been giving me issues. Tons of leaking, hitting weird and the same amount of drip won't last as long and won't seem dry but will taste dry. .2 ohm build on nichrome. I had it built and wicked at my local shop where I bought it. I made my juice myself and have been using it for months (TFA flavors and wizard labs base vg). It was hitting funny so I took off the cap and fired it and it just set on fire. Here are some pics of everything. And no, I'm not some noob.. I use safe batteries, I know ohms law, and I stay safe. Thanks.

Yes I knew I was forgetting something.. I used to PACK my cotton on my pheno type. But he wicked it so there was no resistance; like the cotton before saturated would easily slide back and forth. I've never done it like that

Never used nichrome before good to know. I will rewick. Is it bad to have cotton touching under the coil? Like I said I used to pack my cotton but he said to make sure that doesn't happen.

NICHROME has a quicker ramp up time compare to kanthal...
If u wanna hit it around 90-120 do more wraps.
Don't pack ur RDA with cotton, make sure you give the coil some space under, like what I said
Re wick it
Make sure it's not loose or tight
Just right...start with 65 watts,
NICHROME IS ALL I VAPE.... more flavorful less of the metallic taste..

One other thing, you can always try twisting your wire, it's really easy and cools it down a lot. I haven't done it with Nichrome but I do it with SS which is similar with a faster ramp up. For wrapping twisted, basically you treat it like 2 gauges less and it won't overheat as quickly, I would say cooler vape but you can still get a nice warm vape with it if you do it right. So say a 26g twisted you'll treat that wire like it's 24g for wrapping.

I don't use strait wire for that whole overheating issue, always twisted or something more. If you're curious on how to do it without a drill let me know, it's quick and easy and IMO greatly enhances the vaping experience.
