I just finished watching pbusardo's video on wicking. What do you use. What's your wick of choice. I use organic cotton for all my rebuildables. That's just because it's cheap and plentiful. After watching the vid I think I might be missing out.

Yes ,that review looked like a lot of work . I have tried cotton , rough on my throat , thought I was the only one at the time . Now just use silica and ek'wool.
Might try some of the other stuff now .

With Japanese cotton you only taste the juice, no foul wicking material taste.

I am happy with organic cotton. I used silica forever, and tried ekowool, but I've been using cotton for almost a year now. All my RBA's get cotton except for my IHybrid pure, which gets SS cable and mesh. Even my wife's evod coils, and now my inlaws' coils gett cotton.

I forgot to add, I also tried rammie a few months ago and was not impressed. Maybe it was because I didn't boil it or used too much, but it just had an awefull taste, made me waste a tank full of Boba's Bounty, since that weird taste leached out into the juice. Never again!

With cotton, it's dirt cheap, available everywhere, I don't have to boil it, and I can make a fresh wick in under a minute.

At $20 a box, you may be the only one! I have never had "bad" results with OC, even though there may be better alternitives out there. But who knows, maybe I'll save up some vape budget and try it out one day! I am deffinately not opposed to trying anything vape realted (within reason of course!), but am limited to what my budget will allow.

I love using Ramie fiber. Great flavor and does a lot better resisting the heat generated by a coil.

Rayon.. since it tastes better than cotton and gunks up less quickly

I've used organic cotton for a long time. I can't get used to using silica again. But I'm starting to think now that standard organic cotton might be the reason why juice can taste rough.

A friend and I vaped bathroom towel once :p

I've been using the peaches and cream cotton yarn. I boil the hell out of it first since I got it from Walmart. Don't get any taste but it does tend to burn when I chain.
