@Alan Adobe - Man you have many questions! Are you looking for a starter kit or already have one? Many of us here have moved way past these- I used the Kanger evod battery with Aspire ET-S Tanks too along with the Kanger Evod2 tank- any tank with an EGO threading should work . You Tube will be your friend! I knew of no one else that vaped when I started, many reviewers have tried many different set ups and will tell you the pros and cons of each device or tank!
Go to YouTube and type in the brand you want and many reviews will pop up.
I used the Innokin iTaste 3.0 vv/vw with the Kanger3 for quite a while when I moved past the "gas station" types

I liked the Innokin iTaste because you could adjust the watts- unlike the Kanger battery and it is square shaped and worked great, could customize the watts or volts, and will be able to use Evo threaded or 510 threaded tanks! I could use my Kanger Evod2 tanks as well as some 510 threaded tanks.
