Note that the can says "Chopped Pork and Ham" - the original acronym was Shoulder of Pork And Ham and it wasn't quite the garbage leftovers it is today.

Interesting about the Spam name. I don't think I've ever even tried it. I love Vienna sausages though.
About the same amount of crud meat pieces in sausage as in SPAM... Actually, SPAM is good for cooking those kinds of meals where you intend to use pork flavor in some combination with other stuff (i.e., noodles plus white sauce plus some minced veggies, etc.). Chop it up and mix it in. Most people would never know the difference.

Actually spam sliced up and fried makes a good sandwich. By the time you get done covering it with cheese and whatever condiments you like you can't tell what it is anymore.
Spam is wonderful fried in the skillet when you have been camping out for a few days.

So finished a marathon rewicking morning. Cleaned and rewicked 5 tanks, all taste yummy again. I do have 2 sets of Claptons I probably won't get away with another dry burning on, but they lasted from November so I can't complain about 3 months out of them. That will next weekend's project. Now that's all done, time for a shower, a run to the store for food, followed by a nap. Yay Saturday!

That's OK, I'm kicking myself for hesitating. Regulated squint boxes cheaper than I can buy the mech Coppervape mods from FT, I should have just jumped on the deal. My fault. Maybe I should just get a couple more cooperates, and a few extra repair kits anyway. They will last a lifetime that way, no boards to wear out.
