Indian curry from our place is just awesome, although steak n tatties sounds good to me.

I've had indian food only once in my life, but it was actually prepared by a pakistani family who ran the restaurant, so i dunno, I guess pakistan used to be part of india. I found it a bit odd: making breads out of peas? so weird. But it wasn't too bad. Dunno if we had curry or not. my favorite "ethnic" food is 100% chinese food, though I'm very interested in trying a variety of thai food; the peanut sauce, and hot n spicy, sounds really good to me. Not a huge fan of japanese, but I love teriyaki; chicken, beef, or pork, makes no diff. not terribly wild about mexican, except those things called "chalupas"; the fried bread is amazing, wrapped around pretty much anything. And guacamole on anything. Er actually... AVOCADO on anything.

My old truck can't compare to Fuzzy and Andria's high dollar cruziers but she's a real trooper.

I have a 1974 Chevy 3/4-ton 2WD 4-speed with 360,000 miles (appx. - odo is broke) and the engine and drive train was fine the last time I drove it. Now, due to weather, it needs a couple pieces of glass and the upholstery is shot, but the factor that made me stop driving it is that it needs four new tires and the wheels are 16 1/2-inch and you can't get those tires anymore. Oh, yeah, Pirelli still sells them, for about $250 each, and who's gonna spend $1000 on tires for a truck that is only worth a couple hundred at most?

That chevy of ours wasn't expensive -- it was financed originally for 60 months, just a smidge over $300/mo. Last year we refinanced it, to get lower payments, so now it's right around $280/mo. It's a great truck. 6 cylinder, though it has excellent pickup, all chevys do -- I had a corsica at one point that would very nearly go airborne, when you put the hammer down! -- and it's reasonably fuel efficient.

On another note, my OBS Engine came in today. Set it up with dual 316L coils 0.5 ohm vaping a brand new butterscotch I threw together this morning at 450 F, and................great flavor!! Top/side fill, top airflow as smooth as can be. Good cloud, but wow, great flavor. It's going to make me put my Crius Plus back into its box for the stash. This is going to live on my VT75.

Well, it's back to housework again. It's been a rough couple of weeks, my neck, then my back, then the office catching on fire. I had to work overtime to get caught up. So spoiled with my 2 monitors at the normal work space I didn't get much done downtown.
