I don't think its a grip handle in any way, but more that its the design of the black part molded to the mod...
for instance, the black left vertical is the same as the stainless shine of the whitish side.
I might if this isnt answered by tomorrow copy said photo and change the gradient so some detail is more prevalent.

From my perspective on my phone, all I see is the black outline of a gun grip on a white background. No details beyond that.
