Hey man, I just ordered the same exact mod from Rebel and I thought you would want to know that they are full of shit with their website saying that they are running normally and stuff will ship within 3-7 days and all that.
I ordered mine almost a month ago and they keep coming up with different excuses why it isnt ready to ship yet.
Even after saying I'd be fine with either grey, black or green and I'd pay extra if I needed to, week after week it's the same thing - oh we'll have the shells next week (they told me that two weeks in a row), oh theres a DNA chip shortage, oh theres a long waiting list for black ones...
I'm really getting frustrated after forking out $280 - you would think a high end company could actually run in some kind of competant manner - or at least let customers know up front that we will have to wait weeks or months for our product to ship!
I'll be doing an online review whenever I get it and you better believe I'll be reviewing the customer service just as much as the mod lol
Sorry, I wanted to warn you and it turned into a pretty big rant once I got started lol

While I've never ordered from Rebel - I have ordered quite a few custom high end mods, many costing way more than that - and it's always a long, long wait

Waited over 7 months before - just how it is for custom squonks

I do agree it is shitty the website would say 3-7 days if that isn't the truth though
