Gathering thoughts here. Phenomenal mods, yes.
I've been using Unions where the Xvos used to rule, but need to decide whether I think that will be forever. I never thought I'd ever even consider the thought of letting an Xvo walk but maybe vape times are a'changin.
Hmm... (I'll let you know by Sunday night, either way).
I'm sure you already know that there are now a TON of SbS mods out there. They grew like cockroaches in a city alleyway. I think new ones are still dropping every 18 seconds or though (only a slight exaggeration).

Truth be told, I did have an Xvo DNA 40 a couple years ago. I traded it for a Delro, and although I really enjoy it, there’s something about the Xvo that makes me miss it. I appreciate the consideration no matter what you decide. Thanks!

Yeah, I get it, and I appreciate your understanding. I thought about it and realized I'd regret it big time. The Xvos and I have a long history, all the way back to their very first run of mods (which my black one was part of).
It's a love/hate thing. Love the mod but not so spiffy about the company. There were strained moments (BIG time).
I'm so sorry.
What I will do though, is keep my eyes peeled for you. If I see one, I'll absolutely bring it to your attention immediately. I have to think that at least some (if not many) of the SbS chasers out there still have some that are gathering dust.
Are you in that Facebook group, by any chance? If you're not, I'll send a "feeler" post to see if anyone wants to recoup some of their expenditures (lol). It's fun to watch folks keep buying The-Next-Great-Thing, but I'm glad that particular bug/virus passed me by.

I appreciate the consideration! Yes I am a part of that FB group. To be honest I was trying to avoid FB regarding this search because of all the scams that seem to be pervasive there. The SBS group would probably be pretty safe though. Thank you!

TOTALLY agree. Some of the regulars though - I'd probably be okay with them. I wouldn't deal with anyone I hadn't seen enough of.
Marty posted that diamond one. If I were hunting, I'd fire him off a message. You never know - maybe he'd move it. I'm pretty sure he has "one or two" other SbS' (LOL!).

I did wind up picking up a Smoant Knight V1 from him. He did initially offer the LE Xvo but he justifiably wanted more for it than I wanted to spend. I think I’ll be just fine with the Knight in the end. Marty’s good people for sure. Thanks for the rec!

Did I tell you about rule #1,2 and 3 I broke? Ended up with my red xvo taking a tumble from my lap in the car to the pavement and now sporting two lovely gashes....I did NOT know that, but things were moving FAST back then.

Oh NO...
Still running though? Mine have been tough as nails but nothing to that degree yet. I've become less concerned with cosmetics but Xvo damage would definitely bum me out. Sorry to hear about yours!
Curiously, the Unions have been unbelievably durable with their finishes. Just plastic but must be some super duper version. They all still look brand new but have used HEAVILY. No complaints but quite surprising.
