IMG_0114.JPG IMG_0115.JPG IMG_0116.JPG IMG_0117.JPG Up for sale is a black Ohmsmium, works flawlessly, built like a tank! Super small and perfect albeit a bit heavy.. but just doesn't get the love that it deserves in my collection.
The mod has never left my desk and only used a handful of times, was actually surprised when taking pics that there is some slight wear by the battery lid. I've seen some guys strip the whole thing to raw metal and buff it out which looks awesome.
Yours for only $40 shipped in the US.
PayPal friends & family only please.
Cheers

Suuuuuper flush. No button rattle on these units at all. Extremely sturdy & well built. It's a complete tanker .....except for the paint it seems.

And what is the chip like? A lot of options, screens, settings, or DNA simplicity?

It's stainless steel and alloy.
Burly! It's very small and heavy.
The chip is fantastic.
I would definitely keep it but I've been spending money like a drunken sailor lately!

From the Asmodus site:

The Ohmsmium, powered by the GX-80-f Chip, is a new box mod that is built with a max of 80 watts in power mode, accurate temperature control, as well as an ergonomic chassis. The GX-80-f is granted "favorite taste" functionality which boosts the flavor of whatever atomizer is used on this device/ This box mod is made from zinc alloy and stainless steel and features a solid and durable body construction. It is a small mod that features a curved, radiant design to make it comfortable to hold.

At the top of the device, the threaded connection is spring-loaded to easily attach any 510 compatible atomizer. The pin is gold plated to ensure the best conductivity. On the control face, you’ll find a large stainless steel fire button and adjustment buttons as well as a USB port. There’s also a bright OLED screen which displays all the mod’s current information including resistance, voltage, battery percentage, wattage/temperature, mode and puff time.

The Ohmsmium is built with a GX-80-f chip which grants temperature control functionality from 200°F to 600°F. The GX80 features five different working modes: Bypass, power and three variable temperature control modes. Temperature Control mode can be used with Titanium (Ti), Nickel (Ni200) and Stainless steel (SS316) coil based wires. The Ohmsmium can fire atomizers with resistances as low as 0.08Ω in temperature mode to accommodate a wide variety of builds.

The Ohmsmium utilizes a single, external 18650 battery (not included) and features onboard charging via the USB port with pass-through charging capabilities which allows the user to vape and charge at the same time. Batteries are located behind a threaded battery cover to allow for easy access and features 4 holes for battery ventilation. Many safety features are included in the unit’s design including short circuit protection, low voltage warning as well as a high temperature warning.

Would you trade for a black VT75 Nano? Like new, only used a few times. I've got pics if you'd like.

Thanks mate, but I have the Nano in the steel version. Love it!
Worth a shot.

I don't want to derail your thread, but this pertains to the sale in a way so it should be ok. Do you get the weak battery warning as early on the Ohmsmium as you do with your VT75 Nano? The main reason I never use mine is the fact that I can only get to 40-50% battery at 50w and up before it starts losing power. I've read that the DNA75 board is particularly bad about it, so I'm wondering how other single 18650 mods do in that regard.

No worries. Not derailing at all mate.
No 'weak battery' notification on this. Pretty sure that's a characteristic of the DNA chip which I believed they fixed. At least on my DNA 60 epetite that never happens.
Battery life seems to be normal for an 18650, I run it at about 40watts on average so gives me some good life.

I'll chime in on this...I have one, and it is one of my favorite non squonk mods. Chip is great (really want a squonker with this chip in it), and the 510 is DEEP.....no issues using ANY topper on it. The ONLY flaw of these mods is how easy the paint comes off (I stripped mine down to bare metal). It's a great deal for a tank of a mod (if you drop it on your floor...you'll break your floor :p ).
