I bought a few Kayfun v4 clones, and been having leaking problems because some of the o-rings aren't the correct thickness. Rather than spend $13+ on the kit which contains parts I don't need, I bought just the correct o-rings. However, I had to purchase A LOT of them. What I am thinking of doing, is making replacement sets of just the rings, and selling them for $5 each to recoup some of the cost. Would anyone be interested in purchasing?

Spare Parts Kit for Kayfun V4 RTA Atomizers FT SKU 2095702 *** is $1.48, but the O-rings aren't the best quality. Same can be said for the uber cheap O-rings sold by FT in general, and although I've used them successfully in the past, the quality can be iffy- especially the silicone rings which are too soft IMO.

Of the KFv4's 7 different O-ring sizes the main trouble maker has traditionally been O-ring #16. Some here have gotten them from Orings and More (#1215MMB70), cost for 50 delivered to my US address was $5.65. But if you made up O-ring sets of high quality nitrile/buna-N 70 like sold by Orings and More or The O-ring Store you might do okay. If it was me I'd put them on eBay, too.

Good luck!

I did get high quality nitrile/buna O-rings. Wish I knew about O rings and more, could have saved some money lol just hoping I can make some of my money back and help anyone else that got bunk o-rings in their clones.

I did get each o-ring in the exact size specified in Svoemesto's specs.

What I'm going to do, is label each one with the number that corresponds to the exploded diagram on Svoemesto's site, and give the URL of the diagram, rather than include a copy of the diagram which may be a copyright issue.

I missed the delivery yesterday, and I won't be able to get them from the pickup counter until Tuesday. If anyone would like a set I can probably start sending them out by Thursday or Friday if next week. I'll post once I'm ready to send them out, and will conduct any transactions in PM.

I'm curious how a "good" #16 in the factory size (11mm ID x 1.5 cross section) will work. Most people opt to go to a slightly larger O-ring (12mm ID x 1.5mm cs).

With a larger diameter, I'd think it would not fit snug around the base of the deck and would possibly get pinched or slip out of position when turning the juice flow control. My theory is, and I haven't measured them, but that the o-rings that should be 1.5mm cross-section are 1mm on some of the clones and are not making a nice seal. I finally got the shipment, and over the next couple days will be doing complete breakdowns on my tanks. Also going to put a wee drop of non-permanent thread lock around the the threads of screw #9 mine seems to periodically loosen causing the tank to wobble and leak.
