Firaxis has announced that the second XCOM 2 DLC pack, Alien Hunters, will be available starting May 12 for $9.99. This DLC is included in the season pass.
With Alien Hunters installed, once you complete a new story mission you'll see beefed-up "Ruler" versions of the Viper, Berserker, Archon appear at random in future missions. If they're not killed quickly, they can retreat from the mission and reappear in future missions.
Alien Hunters will also introduce four new one-of-a-kind weapons:

- Bolt Caster - a high-damage, single-shot weapon.
- Hunter's Axe - a powerful melee weapon that can also be thrown.
- ShadowKeeper Pistol - killing an enemy with its guaranteed-hit Shadowfall shot puts the user in concealment.
