It would be nice if someone would put up a killer sale on the Q like that shop that was blowing out the ML's for $99. I like the way the Ferrari Red looks. I'll be interested to hear your guys thoughts on the Q when you get them. Hope you like them!:)

Cheers,
Steve
I didn't see the $99. ML deal. I might of grabbed one for that but then again I passed on a $60 M deal a few months back so who knows if the impulse would of gotten the better of me.

Will do man.

That was a while back when they were still pretty new (I remember peoples orders were delayed because of the big snow storm, the one when DC got hammered). I can't remember the place that was selling them - it was on the east coast. It's in the ML thread on ECF.

Cheers,
Steve

I use my RGX more than my dna 200 but I think part of that is cause I don't care for the lipo charging time. That is why I am considering a dna133.

lol I guess I am a fiend.
Which RGX do you have? I have the 2 in brushed blue anodized.

I have a RGX II as well. Gloss Black with some laser work done to it. Mine didn't come from Varitube though. At the time of purchase SP Customs was a authorized builder for Varitube and I purchased from him because at the time the finish options were more restrictive from Varitube. Of course a month or two later Varitube has some sweet customization options and SP Customs is no longer a builder for Perry. If I buy another RGX I will go with Varitube because their new finish options look great. The SP box works flawlessly though but I just like how Perry's are looking these days.

I posted it here on I think post #460 http://vapingunderground.com/threads/post-pictures-of-your-setups.210359/page-10

Funny you said that. Perry is building me one as I type this in the new finish. A red one.

Nah. I've been talking to him today. He doesn't even have the option I'm getting on the site yet. Guess I'll be the first. It's the new car coat ones on his FB page.

Now he just added the option so I could pay for it. Phantom Vapor Red is the color.

Sweet. Post some pics if you pull the trigger. There really should be a Renegade thread on the forum.

The phantoms look cool. I am liking the polished anodized too.
Yeah I do too. I did, he's already building it for me right now. I just couldn't pay until he update the site lol. He said it'll ship tomorrow so I'll post pics when I get it. Now I'll stop hijacking this thread

Last one because I had to. He's upgrading my hardware and taking a pic and posting to FB tonight to show it off. Can't wait.

Vape Royalty came through for me today. Shipped from California in the afternoon on Saturday to my door Monday before noon. Usps didn't drop the ball on this one.
The Q feels really nice in the hand. No door rattle so far. A little lighter maybe with batts than the M class with batt. Had it for all of 15 minutes so I will have to clock more time to look for quirks. Right now I am using the Q and the Renegade sx350j v2 side by side.

I know it's trivial to most but that cheesy font is still killing me.

Caught a lot of the flake. Nice. What tank is that, a cleito with yellow glass?

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
A Cleito with a the regular clear glass. The flash made it funky. I like the Cleito for on the go. I recently bought the rebuild deck for it but have not tried it yet.

lol I know it bothers you. I would prefer the standard font like what is on the inside and the bottom but in the hand I don't even notice it.

I was going to get rid of almost all my tanks. The cleito seems to get so many good reviews I'm gonna try it since it's also cheap. Reminds me of the old tanks we used to use with a carto in it.

The Cleito is no joke and the RBA for it may actually be better than the pre-made coils, I am really impressed with it. With the RBA it only holds about 2ml though unless you add the $4 5ml glass which will then hold 4ml with the RBA installed.

The Cleito is a decent tank. About the only tank I ever had where I dialed the airflow down. My opinion is that for the stock heads the .4 are good and the .2 and .27 are rubbish, but everyone's experiences are different.

Yeah you guys may know I'm almost exclusively an rda guy but I'm gonna need a tank for on the go. I have or have had just about every one. There's only a couple I'm going to keep. I'll try the Cleito.

Well I don't know if mine is just one of those junk ones or not . Or if the vt133 @80 dollar deal has ruined me . I wouldn't pay full 200 for this thing . The board is nice and really like the TI frame but my doors make noise . It won't sit flat on anything lol . And any tank over 22 sticks out like a sore thumb .....battery life is good ...last most of the day .....to be honest the body makes me think of my ipv5 that I tossed few months back ....

It's funny you mentioned the IPV5 because looking at the shape, it reminds me of that too. That VT133 has made a lot of my more expensive mods shelf Queens as well. There is just something about it.

Cheers,
Steve

I am liking it. Like Sandduner I don't know with given the rest of the competitive market if it they really deserve the 2 bill price tag. But I have no complaints, so far anyways. My wife is actually wanting one and she is pretty frugal. The only reason she uses a M class is cause I pushed it on her lol.
The mod seems to perform without any quirks and the board is nice.

I think the paint will hold up, or at least I hope so because the M was terrible for finishes.

hmm that sucks man. I don't have door wobble or creaking from my doors. I also don't have an issue with it resting in the sitting up position. The ipv5 comparison is there to a certain degree. I do wish it had a larger 510 but I think if it did the mod would of been made wider, and I like the thickness as it is. I also think that Yihi's price point is high considering the options out there right now.

I got a chance to hold one today, nice but worth $200, maybe if I tried it but the store owner told me if I have the IPV5 then he didn't see the value in it. I respect him for his honesty, I passed.

I have been using my q class a lot the last few days . Was able to fix my loose battery door issue . I must say the mod is really starting to shine .... I still don't think it's a 200 dollar mod but I would pay 150 again ..

I had a chance to hold and mess with one recently as well and came to the same conclusion. The IPV5 is one of my favorite mods and I'm sure I would the SX Q even more but it's just priced too high.

I fixed my issue with the loose doors as well. I put a small piece of cotton in the post holes.
What was your solution. ?

I removed the ribbon in the battery tray . It was making the door raise just enough where the magnets wasn't making full contact .

My doors had play even with the batteries out. Not in love with the 2 door system. I own all the different versions and the ML seems to shine for me.
Thanks for the reply

Is the ml class a big step up from the m class . ? Love my m class only complaint was battery cover .

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

The ML is identical to the Q in terms of features. Only difference would be the battery life and 200 watts. Neither of these features are must haves for me. I get a solid day off the ML and 3 days off the Q. The form factor of the ML is so sleek and fits the hand like it was molded.
I think Vartube has some replacements for the battery cover on the M. I was able to master the battery cover on the M.
