Shit happens....But IPV has a proven track record for not giving a shit about safety...and they still don't care
I agree.
I've posted a few comments on this thread about how one could just not do it wrong.
Many have replied stating that it should have been made correctly to begin with.
I agree with that too.
But to have more than 40 posts looking like ping-pong seems silly.
I agree that I should have thought more about it before stating that I just wouldn't put the batteries in backwards to solve the problem.
That was wrong of me.
I SHOULD expect more from the manufacture.
I'll do better to think first. sometimes.
The comments of how we should force the manufacture (whether it be Sigelei, Pioneer4You, or whomever) to build better to begin with and that we wouldn't stand for second rate products......
Many times groups have tried to do similar.
ONE time a difference was made.
It was over fuel prices.
MANY MANY thousands of people DIDN'T buy gas for a planned time frame YEARS ago.
It SEEMED to make a difference.
HOWEVER, they turned around and got us back later anyways.
IF each and every one of us ALWAYS returned every item we ever purchased for the defect that they have, it'd make ONE difference.
ONE.
The prices would go up.
The manufactures don't give a shit about us.
They only care about selling in volume and making mass amounts of money.
How is this different than the oil companies? Easy answer.
The world uses oil, only millions use vape gear.
Granted, our millions COULD have a short term effect on the manufactures by returning everything however they'd turn around and raise the prices on us to make their money PER ITEM instead of in VOLUME.
BY NO MEANS am I trying to state that we have to put up with this.
Just saying all these comments mean nothing by the end of the profit margin.
For those that actually have the defective product, do whatever you have to do to TRY to get them to make it right.
(however if they are making the buyer pay shipping both ways, they are getting fugged either way)
For those that do NOT have the defective item, simply ensure that the information is posted for all to see.
This ping-pong silly stuff just seems like a waste of typing/reading.
With all that said, maybe it is just me not being my normal self and the mood I'm in just has me looking at things incorrectly and maybe I should have kept to myself on this.
Wouldn't be the first time.
Sorry if I offended anyone.
