Alright, let me try and post up on this..
Let's take a look at the basic flavor shop..
We are looking for all sweet flavors..
that includes:
the marshmallows
Sweetener
EM (Ethyl Maltol, either liquid or powder) aka Cotton Candy
and...
will add: Ethyl Vanillin Powder.. yeps..
These are the normal sweeteners most use.. agreed?
ok.. your grocery store.. carries.. Agave.. (look for the lightest one.. darker you go, more sugar) get a normal 30ml bottle.. place 10% agave, fill the rest with pg and shake it..
use this by the dropper bottle top.. just like this bottle.
you may use it like:
1 drop for sweet
2 drops for sweeter
3 drops for sweetest
no more than this.. and this has been approved by Dr Kurt/ Dr F about a year ago to me via pm..
this does cause a bit of controversy, as there are people that would never put this in their juice..
but at this strength, Dr F said that it should pose no harm.
do I use it now? After a year, no.. not even 6 months after that conversation..
but it could be something you might want to play with.. just remember, no more than 3 drops..
now here comes the secret..
if you have say.. JackFruit.. and want to add some marshmallows to it..
here is how I would play with this:
7% JackFruit
2% Toasted Marshmallow
1% Marshmallow
1% Brown Sugar
2% Vanillin
and if I was really crazy on super sweet JackFruit.. 3 drops of agave diluted..
however, I am a firm believer of:
test every single flavor first.. find your spot with them..
then mix 2 flavors.. if it turns out good.. after 1-3 weeks.. add the 3rd.. and same deal.. 1-3 wait..
Making good juice takes time and effort..
it isnt about how many recipes, or hey dump this here..
what would happen, say you made that "good juice" and you had a fade problem a month later?
back to the recipe bin then.. or take my advise, go slow and enjoy your fruits of good juice.
Hope this might help someone, like it did me, way back when I first started..
