Good morning Whis and Corner Folk. Just a flyby on my way out the door for a nice long bike ride. Don't know what I was thinking when I signed up for a 5k run/walk last week but I was too stiff to walk or ride Mon and Tue. Needing the exercise bad.

Well not sure if soup/stew/chili it has not taken shape.
1 box of beef stock.
1 can of pureed san marzano tomato puree.
1 can of rotaili tomatos with chilis and lime
1 can diced tomatos with green chilis.
a fist full of roasted garlic
carrot and celery end pieces
some bbq rub/spice that I am doing the beef in and a dash of fish sauce.
Going for a 2-3 hour simmer before I do the beef and onions and add that into it for another hour or two simmer.

Meh still am here and not worth a shit today. Had the last bit of my deep planar scaling done and this part was the roughest of the bunch. No fucking idea why but that side bled like a bitch, hurt like a whore and throbs wicked worse than the other three.
