The Cloudone V3 is a nice draw , easy to use and refill too ,

Nah, even one of those holes under the coil deck might be a bit too large, but TWO? No way is that ever going to be a tight draw. (plus it's got those TOTALLY ASININE hex-key screws for the coil... YUCK!!!)

But the travel at 2 90 degree angles from bottle, to rda.. That's a lot of juice it needed to be pumped.

If you build 2.5mm and low its a good tight draw its all dependent on how high you raise your coil lower to Airflow shuts it down a lot, small chamber / jfc which give great Flavours ,
Personally i build up above the posts high , on mine really enjoyed it more than doggy style, theres always kf prime clone supposed to be good tight draw 2ml + 4ml

Theres also the Vapor giant v4 mini or SER SRV4 (clone of it) single coil Restrictive draw without mtl pin
+has a good nano/mtl kit avalible for tighter mtl draws,

but a good all round tank for both Restrictive draw and MTL is Coppervapes Hussar RTA single coil deck version many different airflow options via replacable pins +tank options 5.6ml / nano / steam tuner Nano an reg kits. Has Airflow pins down to 1.3mm for MTL.
Many rave about the Hussar I have 2 in use one as MTL one as normal Restrictive ,

I use thoese above + the
Ones that are good but not got much recognition like the
BY KA v6 RTA and
BY KA v7 RTA
( quite nice tanks TBH)
V7 version which comes with 3 deck plugs 3.2mm 3.2 mm, 1.7mm for Airflow + 3 tanks options both nice tanks, there are other larger sized capacity tanks and even wider bore chimney chambers avalible @ extra cost
im kind of in-between restriced draw and MTL at the moment
even BF RDA,s im using pocket Haku and Narda O Atty ect are restrictive compared to many others (but not mtl)

Tight draw has nothing to do with coil position, and everything to do with restricting the airflow -- those enormous holes under the coil will NEVER permit a really tight draw. It might seem tight to a cloud chaser... but not at all to someone who actually WANTS a TIGHT draw.

I scratched the Hussar, because of that JFC thing; much too complicated. I guess cloud chasers that use high-VG might like it, but for 86% PG ejuice, it's completely unnecessary.

Yes it has to do with the velocity of the air hitting the coil. If you shut down the AFC enough for your tight draw the air velocity hitting the coil is too low for a good vape.

Whats complicated with the hussar ? Just a turn for JFC twist chamber and open jfc twist back its shut ,
I don't get whats complicated since most other atties have a turn to open shut jfc ,

Everyone has their preferences. I personally have no problems with the Hussar. I do have issues with my Berserker and some love it. For me, even though I toodle vape, it is a bit too restrictive. And I'm not getting quite enough flavour. To each their own.

Some seem to have leaking issues with the Berserker.

I got the leaking problem fixed, but I'd have to agree, the flavor is really blah. But they really nailed the tight draw; both the .8mm and the 1mm setting suit me, depending on my mood at the time.

I plan to give it one more shot, using the tall tank and chimney, before I give up on it.

I thought so too! But I always put one of my angled adapters plus a color-matched acrylic driptip, so I don't even get the "nipple" look. :D

Andria
Have you tried any of the FEV RTA,s , no leaking probably one the best Flavour tanks there is. Good range of MTL types via the airflow plugs ,
Ser FEV v4 is around 13£ ,
Authentics is 150£,

I found the tall tank was better. Does not leak. I muse it on my Speeder and it is okay. BUT - no comparison to Siren V2 or K Prime.

That's why I want to grab it next week. Hear it's great on mtl, and doesn't leak because if the tall chimney it has.

I nearly bought one from a user here when he was selling a bunch of attys... but then I discovered that it needs that mesh crap, and decided it wasn't for me.

But you said the Berserker was too tight, to you, whereas the tightness is the only thing I really like about it. I can't even consider the siren, the airholes under the coil are just too huge.

I got the leaking under control simply by not trying to top-fill it, but, using the shorter tank, I find the flavor just blah. I'll definitely try the taller tank/chimney before I give up on it.

Only needs mesh as a feed you can use cotton or fiber wicks
Mesh works best , but you coil ans wick with cotton , the mesh is simple and minimal
Just to allow juice flow down onto your wicks i used cotton for a long while until i got mesh

The maintenance need is exactly why I don't use mechs much. I kept the L'il Pinch but don't use it much. The SV mods are a bit different, the silver oxidation helps conductivity. Other than that, regulated squints for me.
Squint?

Hello my loverly Bonks!

Feeling a little guilty, basically spent all weekend catching up on zzzzleep, glorious while it was happening but having a little 'sh!t now what was I doing again' moment right now.
Surfing around & catching up, That damn Dotsquonk is tempting the pants off me but I have some other vape (shinyitis) priorities first.. it's a vicious cycle... like one door opens ...into a room with a sh!tton of other doors!
The Asmodus / Ultroner Luna stabwood is a little tempting too. Another $100 steal. Nice built in protection features with a tiny indicator light, side fire button & front squonk is hot too. Really digging the green one. They have the purple in stock on the Asmodus site:

And @JuicyLucy ! That ultem piece of Pinoy gold?! Niiice one luv, digging it.. for a topper maybe that famous Burger King RSA would look the business ; ))

@fartbubble .. Love seeing your pics & quests mate, congratulations on that l'Otco.. I had my eye on that one too!!
One of zees days

@Bardiel003 .. Oh ye, great with Haku.. happy that worked out and yer rockin bruv!

My big exciting vapelife week?
...consisted of getting both my Haku's stuck on the topcaps of my Paps (fcuk!) Still haven't sorted it yet.
Good with the frustrating tho.. via a few cool gifts from a buddy who knows I collect Dotmod drip tips, he found some of the older ones at a B&M while out of town.
The tinyer friction fit & a few metal ones.. biiig and heavy those but will be cool on somethin, also a handful of coils & some nice juice from Centerfold Vape. 'Bebe' pumpkin cream which tastes like pumpkin carrot cake. Having some with my 'morning' coffee right now... all cozy feeling like when you're watching Newhart Vermont years (If that makes any sense?)
T'is the season!
