I don't have mesh and I have been contemplating it. Not in a real rush. Main question I have is the flavor any better than my RDA's? What is the big draw to it as of late?
Cheaper manufacturing practices. It may seem contrary to produce something that can use both mesh and coils, long run to the production goal though, it saves money. You only need to load up one CAD file, tweak a few specs to slap out a "New" designed RDA that surprise, uses mesh and coils too. Cheaper also because costumer base has complained about "over complication" of using wire for coils, fix it by using mesh, no over complication to that. Cut to size, stick tabs A & B into slots C & D, vape. This way you don't spend overhead needing to educate new customers.
Also note, there's more to using mesh than what i write there. Check out Youtube videos on it. There's a big process to having to oxidize it and such. Some even use cotton with mesh, despite using mesh supposedly being a way to avoid cotton use ... yeah, go figure.
Of course, i'm not a "thinker or planner" I'm just the one they shove into the door and say "Do!" To me though the above speculation on "business" ends seems logical, to make good economic sense based off experience in a few factories, a few fast food places, a few other jobs as well.
