My Derringer gives me pretty fantastic flavor with simple builds, but with a set of Clapton's it's almost ridiculous.

I think the velocity mini is tough to beat. It's crazy easy to build on, and the airflow options are pretty much endless. I think the mini gives an ever so slightly denser vape over the original due to the shorter height. I've tried a few other RDA's, but keep coming back to my velocities...

The last RDA I got was an Aeolus lite in zombie grean. It pisses me off that I paid 90$ for a gold v2 and 78$ for a silver v2 and this 35$ version vapes better.

Do they make a bottom feed pin for the Aeolus line? I was thinking a top airflow rda would work well for sqounking, especially over drip prevention wise lol.

Unfortunately I don't think so. I don't see it on there website if they do.

The listing isn't "linear." The Marquis has much better flavour than the Plume Veil or Velocity. (So many people swear by the Velocity Mini that I feel I must be Doing Something Wrong.)

I have an authentic Sapor OTW.

Are you talking about the four holes around the circumference? Tried that, first. Seemed too restrictive. I'll try it again.

I haven't given up on it. Too many people like it for me to assume anything but I'm getting something wrong. It could be the juice/wick combinations I'm trying: Elfwick and relatively subtle fruit flavours. My last test was lower-resistance coils and a slightly more flavourful juice. Next test will be switching to Natural Wicks and an even more aggressive flavour.

I honestly didnt get that great of flavor from my Tobeco Velocity clone, best RDAs Ive tried flavor wise would be the Derringer and Sapor.
Gonna add an Aeolus Lite and SS Tobh V2 to the mix soon.

Lol same as the v2 ATM. No single coil option on this one. Air flow from the sides & the top.

That was my alliance V1 better known as the fog wind. least that's what it says on the box it came in. Those are also parallel Clapton builds. And the flavor is ungodly I love these two RDA. I have tried a lot of different RDA in these two are by far the best for flavor with the right build

Best Flavor RDA? ...is like asking what's the best flavor. There are many, and many variables, and the same question will always be asked. lolo

I've never seen the question, "Why are some RDA's better flavor producers than others." ...Guess I haven't looked hard enough.

what kind of clapton wire do you prefer/recommend? i have a few rolls of various geekvape clapton wire but i have never tried a parallel build with any of it. what about inner diameter? your pics look like 3-4 mm ish? so far my alliance v2 has been the cloud chucker in my collection and usually last in line for flavor.

The right coil will give you cloud and flavor I'm not home from work yet to let you know what kind of Clapton wire amusing I can tell you do not use UD Clapton wire it is junk

I feel the kennedy 24 can be a great flavor RDA if built correctly. People think it is only for clouds but build larger coils and it has amazing flavor - like a triple parallel etc. I find the kennedy is very forgiving. It is hard not to get a decent build. I used to think my stumpy could not be beat for flavor. The kennedy is as good. Now the velocity mini and twisted - I have both - are okay. I have better flavor attys - sapor for sure is better.

As mentioned above - it is about the coils.

I recently got a Succubus and Hellboy RDAs, and the Diablo RTA, all made by El Diablo. All 3 are amazing for flavor and vapor production. I really think they are top notch and literally have no complaints for them. All three have great amount of space, large post holes and enough airflow options to suit whatever vape style you want... Hope this helps

thanks i have 26/32ga kanthal, fused 2x28/32ga kanthal and 26ga ni80/32ga kanthal from geekvape. im thinking the fused stuff might be my best choice for this right?
