Hi everyone. Hope everyone is doing well. But in recent days it has crossed my mind how Covid19 is affecting us all? In particular the Lockdown. Me and my misses personally, mentally are doing ok, but I am wondering about the association with the stress of it all on our mental health transferring to our physical health. I know we all suffer more or less to a degree psychologically, but how about how is it affecting you, us, me, physically?
To be honest I think that the Lockdown is physically causing me some issues! I get allergies that I can usually control. But since covid I have noticed an increase in some skin rashes. Not extreme but itching, some red areas on my face that flare up and subside. I usually spend a lot of time outdoors but now it is minimum time. I cant help but feel its a result of being in lockdown and due to mental stress (which I am not consciously aware of but am affected by) as well as lack of usual physical outdoors activity. I really think that as much as my tough guy side wants to say "its all cool, got it under control" that in reality a toll is taking place.
To me here I think it this. To you guys and others elsewhere where it is times 100 plus it must be stress plus, plus. Has anyone else noticed stress related physical issues?
