Wish you the best to quite smoking completely. I heard a lot of great stories about people smoking and vaping then completely stop with smoking. It changes for the better. Good luck brother!
I was blessed to work at a place that I can vape at my desk, this helps as I was a chain smoker. What really helped is that I didnt modify my routine or frequency I just replaced one habit for the other. If you think about it your body is still getting the nic and if you mirror the same pattern that you had as a smoker you may find it helps. EX: I used to walk outside at work 8 times a day to smoke and at home I walked out on the patio to do the same. For the first few months I still went outside, to the same place and for the same amount of time to vape. You would be suprised how much of smoking is a habit that you have had for years or (in my case) decades.
I hope not.ha ha haBut remember...

One thing is, it won't always control you. It might strike here and there, but it's not always in charge, plus that urge can pass, usually, as quickly as it struck. You won't even realize the urge was there. That's pretty cool! The temptation is something that I fear will always be strong
Just read through this entire thread and it made me want a cigarette!
