I keep trying to tell Trump that his wall needs to take a turn to the north at Yuma and block out Kalifornya, Orygun, and Warshingstone from the rest of our country. While I might lose a few relatives, it would not bother my one bit if all of that became one with Lemuria.

Is it possible (I can't find it in the US Constitution) for the rest of us to remove a state (or many states) from our country? Hawai'i should go too.

Vacation has been welcomed but I need to go back to work. Still looking at another month. I'm hoping I can get back 1st of November.

Our average high in the past for Oxtuba 1st is in the 60s, but today was 39. Damn it is cold in this house. UPS brought us a new electric heater today. I hope that solves part of the problem. The main wall heater in the basement quit now too, so I have a small portable heater running down here, but is barely 68 degrees here at my computer. This sucks. And if the electricity goes out, we're gonna be dead meat.

Yeah. Lannie talked to a company in Rapid a couple years back and they wanted $300 just to drive out here (100 miles) and she said :yes," but they never showed up. There is no one closer who will do it. And I know that after all these years, it is pretty gummed up in there.

Sucks. But they are claiming 60s and dry by this weekend. Likely that will change in a couple days. I am wondering when they will officially claim the coming ice age.

Today started out with rain, which turned to snow, then back to rain all day. High temp was 38 (it is 36 at the moment). Thank Dog the white shit did not stick, but this is still way too early for snow here.

There are a few trees whose leaves have turned yellow, but all the trees still have their leaves (most of them are still green) and even the grass is still green,
I know I probably belong in a home, but I am still hoping June will finally get here.

Back before we left Orygun, a friend asked me what I could tolerate better, hot or cold. Because only buildings and vehicles get A/C, that was not to be considered in the answer. Assume you are outside taking a hike. My answer was: If the average most comfortable temperature for us humans is 70 degrees, and we take 50 off that and call the result (20) "cold," I can always put on heavier clothes and take my walk in comfort. If, however, we add that 50 degrees and the result is then 120 ("hot"), I cannot take off enough clothes to still be comfortable. At that temperature, I would be trying to take off my skin, so I guess cold wins as my preference. Now bear in mind, that conversation was 20 years ago. I still do not want 120 degrees, but today I also don't want 20 degrees. I need an old folks retirement community where the temperature is regulated to never be more than 80 or less than 60.
