I am glad that they have come up with the proper thing to do. It really didn't make any sense to ship back the mod when they needed to ship out the tank and batteries that were promised when you ordered!
I worked in the customer service field, and at my company we made the customer happy, no matter what, Not your mistake, It was their mistake! I know this was a pain for you , but glad you are getting what was promised- but it really is the "least" they can do to make it right!
Yup, I am very used to the customer service role. I've been in IT Network Engineering for over 25 years --- it's all about customer service and customer experience. Not a hard thing to fathom. That is why I provided THEM the options they should have suggested.
I noticed on the silver illustration it showed a nice blueish drip tip.... is that not included?

One more thing I am loving about my RX2/3 - it says Atomizer Low when the coil is almost spent so no burnt hits. I don't know if this is a common feature these days but I like it!

atomizer low alert means there is an issue with the atomizer. the mod is reading the resistance as lower then what the board will allow to fire. Since you are using a premade tank IIRC i doubt the coils are below the .1 limit so it means something is wrong. Which tank are you using?One more thing I am loving about my RX2/3 - it says Atomizer Low when the coil is almost spent so no burnt hits. After changing the coil it was reading again just fine?

coil could have went bad or it could be the 510 pin on the mod itself.
Which tank are you using? I think it was the clieto 120 IIRC. never seen one of their coils do that but keep using it and if it keeps popping up it would be best to send it in for warranty. Record a video of the issue because vape royalty will ask for poof of an issue before accepting a return

More of a flat darkish blue paint.
They could have at least added metal flake.
The back doesn't match like the copper one.
The teal Ijoy RDTA Box certainly doesn't look bad at all.
