Never had a crown done. But once had a filling done where I said before he started "I don't think it's numb enough" I could still feel things a little. He said yes it is and started drilling. It wasn't and the pain was insane as it hit what ever it was that blew the lid off the pain scale. He gave me another full shot to continue. I'll never forget that and I'm cringing just remembering it.
So filling.
