I don't have the Unholy. But I can attest the Crossbones is a gem, and, as you can see in the pics I posted it sits completely flush with the mod so it looks s(l)ick.
Evolution Vaping in the UK still has the Cthulhu in stock.Gotta double post... I am Jealous! I literally went for a run to think on one and came back and Vaperz Cloud were sold out... I was kicking my self in the ass sooooo hard. I know Carrack Had them as well. I could've gotten the Hog Four Horsemen too... SMH... why did I go run to think about it? Just spend money! Vape gear!
Congrats man... I really am jealous... I had one of each, lol. Gorgeous! And yes, Deathtrap on em...
I've seen a ton of custom doors man!
I appreciate it, but I'm cool on that. Thanks though!Evolution Vaping in the UK still has the Cthulhu in stock.
Copycat !!!!Sweet just took the plunge evolution vaping had them all ....bought the barebones kit, 24mm deathtrap and 30mm deathtrap hahaha
Ok to say I’m a little excited is an understatement gonna have some fun building on that 30mm!
holy fuck @KingPin! nice score. congrats m8!View attachment 96489
Funny you should mention them that’s where I bought my deathwish Cthulhu series box mod from (all the artwork and writing is engraved much like the HOG four horseman which I cant get my hand on ) ...can’t use it until Christmas was a pressie from the missus along with that mister tank from triple six modz
I’m thinking the 30mm deathtrap will be banging on this
highly recommend a hog...para-series is a whole different thing that lets you do some pretty cool builds. the 3.1 versions (i think its just the horseman and some of the pinky/purple/space finish ones) have a newer softer switch in them. im not sure if its any better aside from being softer. i have had a v3 for months and the switch is still perfect...Nice! Bet that hits like a train ....missed the boat on this one will have to get a regular HOG if I get one
Well I have an 8 (7.5) wrap alien coil in it, 28g/38g Nichrome80, 3.5mm ID (see the pic I posted). It vapes absolutely wonderfully on a series mech... I put it on my Vapergate 'The 99' (dual 26650 series tube mech) equipped with 2 × iJoy 26650 batteries and I just LOVE the flavor so yeah, my advice = don't miss out on the 24mm Deathtrap.I appreciate it, but I'm cool on that. Thanks though!
I wanna know how the 24mm is @KingPin! ! Truly! Enjoy Man!
They've all been V3.1 if produced since at least July of this year. I don't know anything about the V3 or differences since it is a general "upgrade" I do know that the battery door is designed for the contacts to snap in the case of a short... I have and extra set... However, I very much hope I never experience that.holy fuck @KingPin! nice score. congrats m8!

skip the clones though. they are dangerously cheaply made. between cheap materials and machining, the switch is a problem waiting to happen.

I saw pictures of what their HQ in Denver looks like. Someone posted them in this other thread more than a year ago: http://vapingunderground.com/threads/mechanical-pics.2413/page-21#post-1385536They've all been V3.1 if produced since at least July of this year. @Carambrda I live about 20 minutes from Vapergate... The Primero is sweet! Very different. I've only used the 30mm... They make nice stuff, it's a nice shop too.
Lol, that's just a short swim and a jog!I saw pictures of what their HQ in Denver looks like. Someone posted them in this other thread more than a year ago: http://vapingunderground.com/threads/mechanical-pics.2413/page-21#post-1385536
From Vapergate I have 2 × Mason Advocate / 24mm Mason V2 / 30mm Mason V2 / 24mm postless deck / 30mm postless deck / 24mm Mason Gemini Series II / 30mm Mason Gemini Series II / The 99. The postless decks don't fit on the Mason V2s so that's why I also got the Geminis... Denver is only 4888.8 miles from where I live (Smurf country = Belgium). lol
I totally forgot about this... thankfully, lol. I gotta show off a bit... I got a different Pig coming...
I got an OD Green Minus the Atty Cap coming tomorrow as one of the nicest gifts I've ever received! ? of 50! I'm so Pumped! I have #33 Zombie Green I got for my 33rd birthday. I don't think I can vape this one... I'm very curious of the serial! So excited! Had to show off!
I watched David's own video 'review' of that one on YouTube soon after he posted it, but I just didn't know what to make of it. In that same video I remember him saying it's not the best for flavor so he must be the worst shill ever. lolLol, that's just a short swim and a jog!
I think the Primero is available in the UK... It's really cool man! It has three different sized center posts for air that you can choose... I use the biggest, so it draws from the bottom into the center post, then out from the middle to the coils... It's a velocity style deck so the center air post is not anything aside from airflow. The barrel screws on so if you wick it right if fits literally long squirts of juice without leaking. It's pretty sweet man. Different for sure, but a worthy one to pick up, especially if you're a Vapergate fan. It's a flavor beast, and the 30mm keeps it cool. I actually prefer a hotter vape, but it's a good atty and very unique.
LMAO! That's not a type of device I don't like anymore. I used to not be a fan of the series box.
@KingPin! Since you mentioned the Deathtrap... That's an "edit" I did for my go to build for the DeathTrap RDA 30mm... I probably put it on the site or instagram at some point. It's a .3 Caterpillar Track Maximus King Coil. It's the best 30mm RDA I've found... The Flavor is incredible on it since its slammed down, and you get a ton from a single coil. Plus you can fit duals, or like 6mm ID singles. You can do so much and it's so easy to build. Comes with a squonk pin too. I haven't tried it but the deck is perfect for it. I would not fire that on a regular series, but para-series I'm good. I have never had it whistle or anything offensive like that, It's loud but any pull on a .3 series build Is gonna be unless you wanna suck burnt cotton!
The thing I love the is back air holes... If you line em' up right under the legs of your coils it mitigates Hot Legs big time, and lets you close off some of the front air even. It's not leaky as long as you don't tilt it while saturated... duh. You can close it off too. I fucking love it. It's married to my HOG.
As some have said... .5-1 second pulls, and hard pulls... I'm a series box whore, lol. I love raw power, used to be a DNA guy. For me the biggest key to series boxes was getting used to wicking with a big coil. I doubt you have that issue @f1r3b1rd as I remember you from all those DNA threads back when they were kicking... I think? VT133 craziness? I'm a convert.
Late to the thread, but I don't really have time to be around too much like I used to. I still see a thread I like and gotta post!
Probably I'll still pass on it, though... IMO you should try the 30mm Mason V2:@Carambrda I only saw a few reviews when I checked on Youtube. One was solid, one totally seemed to miss the point if I remember correctly, and one guy was not so great... I could only find a few but gambled and was not disappointed. I definitely could see it be a love or hate, but I don't feel either... I just like it.
I just got the wife lady a cartel revanant on a trade and am doing some tc testing on it for fun.@KingPin! I will be sure to post a pic once she arrives! It's rather special... I am a very very very grateful man.

@f1r3b1rd I haven't done TC aside from testing devices in a good while... once I hit a series box it was over, lol. Mechs to TC to series boxes and stacks. I'm starting to love tubes again also! And smart PWM is glorious!
I can wick my modest builds at least, in a way so as to not get a dry hit unless I want to. That's my TC... Blast the power away!
I must say the new top YIHI Chips do pack a punch though, surprised the shit out of me. They destroy DNA's for Power mode IMO... Back to series!
I want my Pig NOW! Damn you USPS sitting on very important stuff since freaking Friday! LOL. Never ends with them...
The Omni 2 Board, I believe is in it... is very nice. I have the Tarot 160 with the original, and the Revengers have the Omni 2. I've played with them and they're real nice. The Revenant is really nice looking... I haven't grabbed em yet though... Sounds solid... The Omni really is good. I may just kinda not be a fan of Cartel... but I will leave it at that... I had a bad experience twice a couple of years ago as a customer, so I kinda have decided not to play with them... really bad experience. Done with that... lol.I just got the wife lady a cartel revanant on a trade and am doing some tc testing on it for fun.
I'm impressed with the board, really dig having the select button and the response time is great.
-oh wait there's my mech box
BAM crew
Yup - can you repost them? I'd love to take a look.I totally edited those too small
LOL. They're tiny... I shrunk em too much to keep the files small. I'll get to it here today. I think I should have a moment in a bit... It's NICE! I'm using and enjoying it... carefully, but it's staying with me, so no need to do anything but enjoy!Yup - can you repost them? I'd love to take a look.
http://vapingunderground.com/threads/what-is-your-typical-series-box-build.363343/#post-1926313Anyone do single coil builds for series mechs? Got the 30mm deathtrap wanna give that a whirl
View attachment 99473
I would definitely go heavy with something like that. Maybe some type of large diameter staple variant. The Deathtrap can easily handle it. Otherwise, the usual builds may be too hot of a vape to be comfortable.Anyone do single coil builds for series mechs? Got the 30mm deathtrap wanna give that a whirl

EDIT: A 6x0.4 ribbon core staple with 28g frames (all KA1), 3.5mm inside diameter, 6/7 wraps should give you a nice warm vape. In theory, it will be about 0.35Ω and pull about 24 amps.
With series mods, ramp up isn't as much of an issue as it is with other types of mods. I would try it myself, but I sold my Deathtrap. I think you'll like it.Sorry I did see this before will give that a go
Thanks chef this sounds like it will ramp up a bit slower than the alien so I’ll give this a shot first many thanks
The spacing between my alien coil and the binding posts is about 2mm, and it is at exactly the same height as the big air hole, which is 2/3 of the way open, whereas both small ones are wide open. The ends of the wick touch each other in the juice well so the juice well is filled with a layer of cotton that has the same thickness as the depth of the juice well and I flattened this layer by carefully budding underneath the coil with the sharp tip of my cotton hook tool after juicing up... here is a video that shows you why:@Carambrda Where have you found it best to position the coils on the deathtraps?
