Positive Impressions:

• Can accomodate ≥ 4mm ID single and ≥ 3mm dual builds.
• Shorter than it appears to be. Shorter than the standard K24.
• ~1mm thick top cap speaks to its heavy-duty construction.
• Flavorful even with the additional airflow of the CloudCap.

[ Adjustable 510 Positive = Safe to Use with Direct-to-Battery Mods ]

Negative Impressions:

• A number of hole edges required deburring.
• Corner edges also required deburring = Obvious QA failure.
• Inside silicone O-rings are not nearly as durable as nitrile.
• Two nitrile O-rings are supplied as spare accessories.
• ~8.25mm ID widebore may not be wide enough for some.

Additional Commentary:

While advertised as a 10mm juice well, a depth gauge proved otherwise with only 6mm measured at the positive section and 8mm at the negative. Moreover, total well capacity is inhibited by the mass consumed by the the air flow tubes. I would have liked to seen the CloudCap designed to support direct-to-coil airflow. Aggregate airflow with the CloudCap is sufficient to feed high mass, single coil builds powered in the 100W range. Inside O-rings require particular care as it is recommended to lubricate them with e-juice, food-grade lubricant, or water before seating the top cap on the deck. For those who object to the use of inside O-rings, it appears that a design compromise was made: Increase the wall thickness of the deck for outside O-ring channels at the expense of well capacity, or retain well capacity by increasing the wall thickness of the cap to accept inside O-rings. One highlight has been the outstanding customer service provided by NoName Mods through Facebook. They are both engaging and responsive which is a credit to them. Final thoughts: I purchased and built the NoPity as a single coil RDA for use with both bottom-feed and non-bottom-feed devices. For that, it has satisfied my expectations with its straightforward coil mount design, acceptable airflow (with the CloudCap) and adequate well capacity. While equally adept at duals, the NoPity has been crafted more along the lines of a flavor chaser with a lower ceiling of support for big, powerful builds owing to its limited airflow options.

tl;dr: Imperfect, yet perfectly suited as a single coil specialist with support for duals, the strengths of the NoPity are best evident on bottom-fed devices.

It is the NoPity by NoName Mods. Or the NoName Mods NoPity. Or simply put: NoPity.

Lol. Looks kick ass. The thread title sounded like a rant about cloned mods from Fasttech.

Kind of wish I had known this was dropping before I wasted my money on the Stillare Mark4.

I received mine as well. I am partially disappointed in that every seller site and Vape360 implies that it comes with the spare Helicoidal Cloud Cap. It is pictured with both the Logo Cap and Deck in just about every stock photo. I asked NoName via facebook and they confirmed that it does not and that the Spare Heli Cap is a 20Euro add on.

Do you not like the V4? I have the Velocity V1 and V2, but also got a Cumulus Maximus V2 because the Airflow looked pretty cool.
I liked the idea of it, looked to me like a mashup of Velocity deck with Kennedy bottom airflow, and some top airflow thrown in for good measure. Its a descent atty, good flavor, maybe 7-8 out of 10, descent machining I guess.

But in practice, it leaks like a son ova bitch I don't like how wet my mods get with it. Condensation from the bottom airflow to be expected, but also just leaks straight juice from between the barrel and the deck. I think slightly larger o-rings would help with the leaking, but haven't tried yet.

I must admit, when Cartel Mods first announced Mark IV, I was fully onboard thinking back to the classic Stillare and Stillare V2. Wasn't too fond of the V3 but thought Cartel was back on track with he V4 2-post deck. I was about to pull the trigger but decided for due diligence and watched reviews from the usual YT suspects. The deal breaker was that it was cited to NOT be manufactured to the same standards and tolerances as the V2 which the relatively lower V4 price seemed to reflect. Never held a V4 so I don't truly know.

I wish Cartel would just come up with another Model Name instead of riding not he coat-tails of the Stillare. The Stillare name deserves better than to become a Velocity Clone.

Can you confirm? Is the V4 made and machined as well as the V2, which I consider one of the best pioneering early RDA's ever made, certainly for a 3-post and a member of the RDA Hall-of-Fame.

The barrel isn't very thick, at all, which its been a while, but think I remember the v2 barrel was thick, and with the domed top cap felt pretty beefy to hold. The v4 barrel being thin, and top cap much lighter that may give the impression of lower quality to some, I didn't watch any reviews on it, so I'm not sure what their complaints were. Maybe the materials feel cheaper? Says 304 stainless, but I don't know where they source their 304 from, the scratches easily.

The threading on the top cap, on mine, is super smooth, and well done. Top AFC is just a metal band, but it stays secured once the top cap is tightened, does the job, I generally have it closed. I didn't really have any complaints with the machining on mine.

The bottom airflow is my favorite part, and my least favorite (see below). The top airflow moves with the bottom airflow, by that I mean if you close off the bottom, the top won't really be lined up above your coils anymore, still can do it, but some people don't like that. Both open is a lot of airflow, suitable for large ass coils and high wattage, something I don't do everyday. Last time I used it I was running plain ole dual 26/36gN80 claptops, around 70-80W, bottom airflow only.

The only thing I don't like, and I think I can fix it with slightly thicker o-rings, is the juice everywhere on my mod. It might just all be condensation from the bottom airflow though.

Its an OK atty, nothing really too innovative with it, definitely not legend status worthy imo. I may sound negative about it, but I do like it, and will probably keep using it.

You can get a very similar RDA in the Hatty by Blitz Enterprises for about $40 cheaper.
