@SailCat said, they do respond. But the replies you get don't always match what you ask. It gets to the point where you start questioning your own writing (communication skills) or sanity. It would be easy to blame it on a language barrier. But I really don't think that's it. I deal with the same bizarre stuff from Americans who speak perfect English. Who knows.
I go in expecting zero. So when I get what I ordered, or they actually communicate with me, it's a bonus. That sounds really bad, but it keeps me from going insane. I was absolutely floored when they refunded my CC for the discontinued pieces from my last order.
The thing is, their prices are so freaking cheap, some mistakes don't even make a difference. Like if my 50 battery wraps were shipped in the wrong color. $1.25. Who cares.
I normally deal with companies until they reach "deal-killer" level. Something extra bad. They haven't reached that level. (Yet?)
