Capsicum soup with chipotles. Got these peppers cheap. About a pound for $2

I can smell the 'hot' from over here. I guess I will have to pass.

Always so special when we get glow time now.

Hope you are getting rest, and ouchies are manageable

Thank you and I send you the same wishes. I took a nap today. Very nice. I didn't want to get back up, my bed was so comfy.
I love being home to see what y'all are up to.

I have been signing petitions and writing notes to the idiots in government to express my disapproval with the latest announcement. I guess I need to start mixing now so I will have it honed in for the future famine. I just read that Steam Juice will be still selling 'flavorings' so at least I can get some of my favorites from those guys.

Welcome and pull up a comfy chair! Did you go by another name 'over there'? In other words, are introductions necessary or do we already know each other?
I have had a few names, but have been on VU for a while. More than likely we are meeting for the first time, as I was only active in the "corner" threads.

Well, pleased to make your acquaintance. I don't know what the 'corner' threads are as I am pretty much just a RHSC anymore. I am the resident dragon, I am a she dragon, I drive a truck OTR and I have a dark sense of humor that I try to control while in public.

Oh, and I am also Furry Mama but we don't need to go there. Just know this: Hawk's death grog may cause hirsuteness.

It's been fun. Now it's time for work. Off to Vancouver, WA with more kitchen equipment for a new Chipotle. The guys who unload the trailer are a great group but the parking lots can be a terror! So much landscaping to get around and being about 70' long makes it tricky. Too bad they don't want some nice irrigation ditches! I can do that easily with my trailer tires. LOL

NO idea what any of that means, but hello! I tend to not mince words and my signature says it all. I am one of the resident Brits, so some things my just go over my head.

Good morning everyone.
Nice to see another race fan here. :) While I do root for Hamilton I have to admit that my position of a rabid Tony Stewart fan puts me in the position to root for the Haas F1 team too. :)
Good morning @Claudia P . I too am very excited to watch Haas come out of the gates as a contending points team! I am also happy to see that McLaren seems to be figuring out their issues, as Alonso deserves a car commensurate to his abilities. I am also a closet Raikkonen fan (that personality!). Hamilton's issues are the fact that he needs to get over himself, and get his focus back in the cockpit...and Lowe needs to stop using #44 as an r&d car. There is no reason why Nico's setups seem flawless, and Hammie's much less so. I'm also happy that Daniil got moved to Torro Rosso...he needs to re-focuus, so that he does not resemble Grosjean of two seasons back.
As for Verstappen....he is looking like the next Senna.

Oh yes I do agree on all points. What I really want to see more than anything is some real competition in F1, I don't want to see the same driver or team win every race, I want to see a race that isn't decided on the first turn at the start.

I am a true racing nut, I follow F1, NASCAR, Indy Car, and NHRA drag racing primarily, but it's been said that I will watch anything race. I do watch the triple crown races, and boat drags and a bit of dirt racing from time to time, but not so much motorcycle racing.

Two ingredients to better competition. Revert back to last years radio communication rules in regards to the pit wall. It does NOT take any of the drivers out of the race, but increases safety. It is not hard to notice the increase in turn one and turn two shunts...and the new radio rules are clearly to blame.
Secondly, we need to place less importance on aero, and more on mechanical grip factors. As a bonus third treat....Bernie needs to retire.

Yes I do think that new radio rule is ridiculous, and I realize that rules are necessary, but it seems that they have become so strict that they are hurting the sport. Bernie retiring might just solve all of the problems. lol
