Yeah, wait a minute, see, it's not all my fault after all. I wasn't always Bad Kad. I didn't become bad until after I started hanging out in the Woom and met you guys, including Atcha. She's a bad influence, she made me bad. :giggle:

(OK Lynn, why are you over there rolling your eyes at that?:D)
Cause she knows it's the other way around. ;)

Wouldn't help! There's no way that you could hide your innuendos even by using a different name! ;):p:rolleyes:
And underneath it would have his original username :)

BadKad would be good though ha

Anything like my original KangerTech Protank with 2.4-Ohm BHC? (not even a Protank 2 or 3)
That will be worth a bit now

she's getting the kids in their PJ's. I might put my spiderman ones on tonight
PJs in bed? No wonder Emmy needs an affair with Mr. Plastic! Both of ya get nekkid and explore the wonderful world of... insomnia cures. ;)

Speaking of, Andria brought up getting the electronics out of your bedroom. Back when I was "into" electronics, I wrote up a 60-page document on EMR (electromagnetic radiation) and its effect on the human body. Anyone who wants it, I'll e-mail you a copy. Anyway, you do need to take all the electrical and electronic crap out of your sleeping area and anything that creates VHF or ULF noises (very high frequency and ultra low frequency) and anything that has blue light (some electric clocks have a blue display). Red is good, blue is bad (that was NOT a political statement). Rotational devices (like fans) should be kept as far away from your brain as possible. Absolutely no fluorescent lights. Absolutely no electric blankets. Do not use cell phones.... etc., etc.

And my husband thought I was goofy because I have to drape something over the damn bright blue-green alarm-clock display! Otherwise it lights up the entire room!

I do occasionally read in bed using my phone... BUT I put it on "do not disturb" so it doesn't make any sounds while I actually am sleeping, and I set the kindle app's display to "sepia" and turn the brightness WAY down.

And the white-noise fan, I have turned facing the wall. It moves the air a little, but not high-velocity. The overhead fan, I keep on the winter setting, where it's drawing air up, not blowing downward, and it's set on medium.

Also -- my husband and I went to separate bedrooms about 8 yrs ago... but Lynn already kicked out her male problem, so no worries there.

I bet you put them on/in the headboard when you are ready to sleep - close to your head? If you haven't turned them off, they are still generating EMR that interferes with your brain patterns/rhythm.

No, it's on the nightstand, about 18 inches from my head. I usually put it on top of the clock and drape that fabric over both. I doubt if there is anyplace in the metro ATL area that isn't bathed in EMR constantly.
