It's going on 3 years this Oct. that I met a group of unique and special people
From all over the world both men and women of different races & religions came together with one thing in common, Vaping!
When I first went to ECF, I remember thinking I was part of one of the best groups of people ever!
Over them 3 years I sat back and watch this group get torn apart over and over again.
Now this group is divided and spread out to other Forums like the VU and VGF.
Now don't take this the wrong way, I am not bashing or putting down any Forum.
I'm looking at the big picture, it wasn't just this group, it seems like the whole vaping community has been torn apart.
But over what?
Rules? or maybe it was a He said She said thing? Arguments over Devices, Mods and Batteries? A reviewer gets paid? A reviewer don't like a device you like? Clouds?
I guess there's a bunch of reasons as a community we are falling apart.
But to me, none of them are worth it.
The old saying United We Stand, Divided We Fall comes to mind because We are losing the war between Big Pharma and Vaping.
Big Pharma owns and controls the FDA and with us all hating on each other, it's just a matter of time before they completely eliminate vaping.
Which ever forum you are on, Watch how less an less new Vapers join.
And that's because the FDA is making it harder and harder for a person to stop smoking and start Vaping.
And there's literally thousands of us that are getting spanked by a few with power because we don't stand together.

give discovered facts about a person whose lied to me for years - banned
i know its not me. because here, most of the members like me, the ones that don't at least respect me.
and as for that half baked apology, to me it brings up more questions than answers. I know that I can never speak to him, or any of his 'family" and think that I'm getting anything based in reality.
yeah we have all been together for 3 years. You, Red and myself all started around the same time. we have been through a lot as a group. having been through so much, I like not having to wonder if what you or red is saying is true or not.
with them/him/whatever, the only reason what is supposedly the truth -THIS TIME- is being said, is it because the lies were exposed and proven. But all efforts were made to not let that happen- IP banning those that got close to the truth was no less than an attempt to stop the truth. WHEN ASKED WHY THE BAN - a complete transcript was fabricated in a vain attempt to make people who know me that i had a malicious intent. YES ANOTHER LIE! to protect the lies. i feel like the VGF version of Ed SNOWDEN. it was not until he/she/they realized that the truth was unfolding that the 'apology" developed.
you were kicked out for looking for the house? maybe the fear then was that you would discover the lies at that time? it is possible.
i realize its the internet and a certain degree of anonymity is wanted by some, but where is the acceptable line? taking the identity of an innocent women and child that lives 15 minutes away, puts both of the woman and child, either at risk, or publicizes a strangers image without consent. if that is not illegal than it is certainly unethical. combing the image and using the persons real life names and story is just plain creepy at best. claiming she is your spouse and posting a picture from the "Surprise wedding" is a whole different level of ....... something.
I'm sorry dude, these things may be ok for you, or for some others.... but to me, after spending time helping where i did, i cant help but feel maybe a little guilty for what was done to that woman. no i didn't tell any lies, or get her involved, but i sure did help in a way with the site and helped to facilitate the situation

The internet is awesome! It allows free exchange of ideas.
But it also allows for free exchange of utter bullshit.
The anonymity is nice, and people can embellish a bit....I can say that I'm 6ft tall, 200lbs of pure muscle, when I'm really 5'8, 300lb tub-o-lard.
That same anonymity gives too many folks the balls to say things that would get their asses kicked in real life. It's easy to be the internet tough guy...but it's also just as easy for the decent person who may not have the social skills for face to face interaction to let their true personality show, and let others see them for who they are without judgement.
It's all a matter of choice.
But when there are no consequences for making the less honorable choice, it seems like more take that path.
There are different ways to keep anonymity on the internet...one can make up this elaborate story and even use names to make it believable. One can also use a "handle" and stay anonymous that way (like myself, there are some on here that I've known for years, yet I don't know their names, nor do,they know mine.).
Again, it's all a matter of choices

I got banned because I got smart with Whiskey and she banned me.

I've had my identity stolen by people I didn't know existed, and they used it to make fake FB accounts (long story). It was the most sickening feeling. I felt violated so I have empathy for the family that are the victims of this. This was about doing the right thing, and having the character to speak up vs turn the other cheek. I admire Tony very much for doing the right thing. He's good people in my book

I'm sorry yes I lied missy and Shan are my real sisters Tay is my sister in law married to Shan Ruby and Jade are very close friends of mine that saw Me and my sisters through tuff times Niki I have know Nika since she was little she was family to me. I have always had multiple jobs to support myself and my kids and my spouse Eli one was a bus driver I was also a f Fire fighter till my shoulder couldn't take it and I had to resign because replacement shoulder you can't do fire fighting with. My sisters and I spent many years at the hands of abusive parents so we went to Jade and Ruby's house to escape

Yes. Have no remorse. I can almost guarantee, that was not the first time he had done this, and probably still going on in other forums. To carry on for some years, is very calculating, methodical, and sociopathic. He will not stop, he can't. It doesn't help that-

His first statement was always, what's your story? There was a whole thread dedicated to personal pics. How convenient...
