I wrote a post a few pages back. The polish forum that i had translated through google, the average percentage was 5% on most. the range of best taste was 20-40 drops, depending on flavor. The extemely high percentages show more flavor.

At the lower percentages the hay is either a chemical taste or non existent.

That tells me they are not ready yet!

If you have time read some of these reviwes on the polish forum. There was only one flavor that everyone mentioned the hay note, I don't remember at this time which.

I just ordered Eucalyptus Mint (I'll probably love that one), Shisha Rosemary (hope it's realistic rosemary), Shisha Brandy Cocoa, and Milk Chocolate.
My previous orders of Inawera have disappointed me, but Sesame is so good I'm willing to try one more time.

You will like the Rosemary, HIC.. err.. i hope!
but it inspired me to start making my own extracts with herbs..

Curious to see what you have to say on that one :p

I could roll around in rosemary just for the scent...I literally gnaw on branches of it. If the flavoring gets that camphor bit right, I'll like it.

I lovelovelove the Brandy Cocoa with a bit of Kawa coffee. Nom. Yes, the Rosemary is awesome. I mix it with Plum and a bit of Spicy Biscuit.

I really enjoy the Eucalyptus Mint mixed at 2%. That may seem a tad strong at first, but it will settle down.
My favorite is Shisha Punch, nice spicy orange. Reminds me of Constant Comment tea.

Shisha is a way to smoke tobacco, normally from a water pipe or bong..
it is flavored with honey, fruits, molasses and mixed into tobacco..

they have started shisha pens and well I think those top the big tobacco ones..
had i started with a shisha.. no telling where I might have landed :D

but no regrets!! :)

hope your mech mod and dripper were better than my shisha flavors lol. ordered 3 of them. raspberry, strawberry and lemon. the only one I can see myself using is the lemon and only as a mixer. I got this weird taste from all 3 of them. totally disappointing. the flavors were good on inhale but the exhale had this funky maybe metallic in a way kinda thing going on. cant explain it but its not for me. on the other hand wisnia cherry was pretty good. just like cherry lifesavers

aww no.. not the aftertaste for you too  that is what turned me off on ina for the most part..

see, I was vaping at the farmers market up here, and they had a bunch of herbs growing in the flower area..
and I started rubbing the plants and smelling and the next thing was like pow!
it's possible to make your own shisha, wllmc.. even using your fav! tobacco..
next time you get near some herbals, see if I am right..

to get started.. well see if you can find my thread on net and herbal extracts..
I need to find it again too.. but! still havent taken any pix.. :(

So on a whim I picked up the Eukaliptus Mint. I decided to mix it up at my usual 2% starting point, should be okay, right?o_O OMFG!!! WRONG! I would have sworn that I'd just vaped paint stripper! I think maybe I could use the 2% mix as a flavoring at 2% but I'm not sure when I'll be brave enough to try it.

Uh-oh... my bad. I was the one that suggested 2%
I failed to mention my lazy tastebuds...
However, the flavor does soften in a few days - give it time and try it again.... maybe?

Good luck getting that flavor out of your tank/dripper/whatever. Mine is still soaking in alcohol! I liked it a little less than 2%, but not much. Cleared my sinuses, lol!

What IS that aftertaste? I thought it was designed to be tobacco, but sort of missed the mark. I don't find it horrible, just distracting.

Not your fault, didn't even know you had mentioned it. I guess it just wasn't what I was expecting, maybe I miss-measured, but WOW!

Haha, it's okay, I lived :D. I wasn't sure if I'd be able to taste anything for a few days but after washing out the ol' dripper it's all good.

My first venture into DIY, First mix.... TFA Blueberry Extra.
Took 10% before I could taste it, just quit smoking and all plus its kinda a weak concentrate IMHO.
Next up was TFA Coconut Extra....
Start at 10%.... cuz thats where Blueberry ended up.
OMG !!!!!!! :eek::confused::oops:
Still cant hardly go near it, or anything Coconut.
Dilluted the Coconut Extra 1part Coconut / 9parts PG.... Still cant bring myself to use it.
1 Drop per 10mls and my nose still says, " Dont DO IT !"

Dont get me started about "Cherry" !
;)

Anyways...................

I explain it as metal lol. now it doesnt really taste like metal , maybe its iron or steel. maybe cobble rocks. hahaha. it didnt taste like tobacco to me. I agree its very distracting. got it in all 3 I tried. lemon was a metal type taste, strawberry was like a darker weirder metal and raspberry smelled like puke . only took a couple toots and tossed it. of the 3 the lemon was the best , you can mask the weird part pretty easy and get a good flavor

That cherry sounds good! I've finally got around to putting Little Space Drop, that I've had for a long time, to some good use and I'm really digging it.

Do you get a coating type taste, or just the after taste, like a common back flavor??

there is one shisha that doesn't have it.. one fruit and one cream..
wondering if you know which ones ;) haha!! I do :p

Okay.. spAce drop or spIce drop? What's that one like?

My Inawera hits are still Sesame, Kaktus, with Melon as runner-up. I won't disparage the rest :p

I do like spicy biscuit - and smoked plum, which isn't smoked at all to my taste but rather baked plum with ginger something or other. Kaktus is amazing though! Oh and the pina colada is very good - I bought that about 6 months ago and liked it then, but I guess I'd have to taste it again now and see if I still do like it. And the lime was good standalone.

I'd say yes. It's kinda plane by itself but I'm loving it in a mix I'm working on.
I got the Space Drop. I like it. It's a good night time flavor. I haven't tried to mix anything with it. Not sure it needs to be mixed with anything.

Now, what I REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY like is the Vanilla for Pipe. It's outstanding. I've been vaping JUST this for 3 days now. It's just awesome by itself. I do 2%, but might even go higher. It's actually a complex flavor. I could see mixing just about anything with it, but why bother?

Edit: thanks @Smoky Blue for mentioning the Vanilla for Pipe

Nice, I'll have to pick some up. So you say the Gold Ducat is worth trying also, right?
