If your mixing juice you want the best performance from your build to optimize the flavor. I'm getting decent results with creams and custard, etc. Fruits are frustrating me. Has anyone had any luck increasing fruits with marzipan? I tried it today with peach, it's still weak. I want fruits to be strong and recognizable, what I'm getting now is a background iffy fruit. Apple is strong, fuji, double apple, caps. lemons and lime stand out well but a berry.. doesn't sing for me, yet. any input is appreciated
