Rip trippers is actually the only person I enjoy watching reviews fromMost start by reviewing gear they buy themselves - you don't get free stuff to review until you get a good following
Riptrippers is a shill with no credibility btw
If you have to ask that here, instead of doing the common sense thing like asking a few known reviewers how they got their start, to me you seem to come off as just wanting free gear for yourself, but hey that's just my opinionI want know how I can get products from companies to review them on YouTube.. how do people get started doing that?
this^Start a YouTube channel. Post a review. No, really, it's that simple.
But, if you want to get serious about it, it can get real complex real fast... vendor and manufacturer relationships, deadlines, queues.
Then, there's the gear... a review can be filmed with a built in webcam. It won't look great, but it can be done. Add in a decent camera or two, a decent mic or two, software, backdrops... it can get expensive.
And if the thought ever crossed your mind that it's an easy way to get freebies, think again. To do it right (imo), it's a lot of work. And, a lot of bandwidth. Researching, filming, editing, re-filming, uploading, sharing...
Still, it's a way to share what you're passionate about...
