Yes, wicked googly. I really shouldn't own high end mods. It is two years old now and has been my daily beater for most of that time. Luckily, I bought several Peko kits in a group buy and never built one. So, I have parts here somewhere to replace the 510.
I had a lot of mod building plans at one point and now have a whole case full of parts and some wood blocks. Don't know how I thought I had time for that!

Good. But an ambulance ride is about $1200 here if you aren't a member or a pensioner.Got a statement from my medical insurance provider today. Unless I'm reading it wrong, they are covering most of the expenses I incurred during my "adventure" except for my ambulance ride.

They are requesting additional information from the provider before they process the claim. I didn't request the ride - they had to get me to another hospital that the specialist/surgeon was at. Even if I have to co-pay part of it, it is way less than the other stuff that's on there.

I'm good, except for the scar and, I think, some displaced ribs on my left side.
Kind of lost 4 days when I was in ICU, so I really didn't know how sick I was. Wife has been filling me in on what went on - like the staff asking if I had a living will, etc..
Doctor said no lifting over 10# for 3 more weeks, so all I really can do is sit around. I do plan to limit my hours to 8-9 versus the usual 12.
I'll keep you and the keeper on the down low for now - my boss's and co-workers saw how crappy I looked when they came to visit, so they aren't pushing it.
