I'm all for clones, however, the Reo is one of those mods that will never be able to "successfully" cloned, and really doesn't need to be. When you get a Reo you are getting much more than just the mod. Your getting something that will last you a lifetime, w/the personal backing of the maker himself, AND a lifelong membership into "reoville". This clone will probably help his business though. I'm sure once people try a bottom feeder clone they will realize how awesome it can be and go ahead and buy a real Reo. They aren't that pricey to begin with and you will never have to buy another mod ever again

I may try one of those China clone things one day depending on how reviews go.

As for never having to get another REO...gotta call BS on that! REOs are very addictive. My 2nd on is on the way now. I don't have to get more REOs but I HAVE to get more of them, its the strangest thing.

Will wait til the new 510s are released before getting the next one though.

Yup, what he said. I just picked up number 6, the nicest little LP mini in metallic blue. When the new 510s come out I'm sending my first one in to get trimmed to LP and a new 510. Also hope I can pick up a Woodvil in Feb.

yea, for most people the Reo comes in for those mostly experienced vapers who been through all the fazes and fads that come along. you start with egos with a clearomizer, then maybe a MVP or Provari with a carto tank, then it's mechs with RBA/rda, maybe a DNA or high wattage decice, the back to the mech for cloud chasing and once you finally grow tired and just want something that works with not many hassles you get a Reo and wonder why you didn't before. you've heard about them but never really liked the look of it or you bought something else. it's a mod that every vaper should own, especially for your out and about device, easily pocketable and wont leak.

I name all of my devices and my reo's name, "the answer".
I think I found this thread for a reason. Glassgirl posted the link because we were talking about Reos. I've heard of them but never really saw one up close or saw a review either. I feel like I fit into the above category and would like to learn more. But I guess that adds one more person to the line! Sounds like they're not easy to come by. I had been looking at wooden box mods (custom and otherwise) Then I checked out the Reo site and knew I was in trouble. lol

They really are great, solid little devices. Did you already purchase one from reomods website?

How does it really perform? Does it get to a certain mid level on juice that it stops working correct? I don't no if that's a stupid question

It's a mech mod, so generally you have to change batteries around half a bottle, depending on your ohms.

OK, that makes sense....I just ordered my 1st mechanical mod a few weeks ago, so that should be interesting learning :)
They had some really really nice ones on site havok talked about

They're amazing little mods. I have 4, and nothing else performs as well or as reliably - to me!

I see, so you're new to mech mods in general. What kind of mod do you use currently?

No, I wanted to learn a bit more about them and try to decide which one I want. Looked like the Woodvi ones were all on a "notify me first" basis.

That sounds like a good question to me and thank you for thinking of it. In other words, when the juice bottle gets low how will it perform? Do you need to refill half way down, etc.? Does it not skwonk up properly to the bottom feeder, etc?

Nah, you can squonk the bottle down to the last drop. That's what I usually do. Sorry @Thomas, I guess I didn't understand you question...will blame on old age!

As far as the Woodvilles, I understand those things go quick when they do go up for sale.

I have been wanting as mini wood for about a year now. I doubt I will ever get one because he only puts them up once or twice a year and they sell out fast. :(

You can scoop one up from time to time in the classified section of some forums. TBH, I'd wait for the new batch since I believe the intention is to have the new 510s on them. The connectors on existing Woodvilles I just don't care for.

Maybe that is the reason I have been unable to get one.
I agree I do want to be able to have a larger selection of attys.

You can use any size atty on a low-profile Reo! There's one huge advantage of a regular, non woodville - you can wash it with soap and water in the sink!

If you go over to "The Other Place", there's a guy named Chowderhead that turns all sorts of RDAs into BF attys. You can even send your existing rdas to him for conversion. He does great work too.

Thanks @havok333 !
It would be nice if he would venture over here cause I really don't want to even visit there but I may have to.
It's nice to know someone is doing this. :)

REO family has grown again ;) Added two Woodvils. And the metallic blue LP Grand has been dressed in one of dreadymark's patina doors :) Hoping to snag just one more Woodvil in the Feb release.

Yeah, would be nice to see him at VU. Has been talking a while about doing an eBay site or something similar, but hasn't yet.

That thread and the classes/CoOps are the only threads I go to over there anymore.

Holy crap, that's an awesome lineup!

My 2nd REO is hanging out in my mailbox right now...been tempting to cut hooky from work the rest of the day.

Once it's turned into a BF can it ever go back?!! What I really mean is can you still use it on a non-reo?

Possibly. If the pin is adjustable and can screw all the way out, you could just put a non-bf replacement pin in. I got two Zenith v2.5 RDAs awhile back and they came with both pins. Used them for months non-bf before I got my first REO.
